Please post your Spotify one again in case some folks want that one too. I have the one song on repeat in Spotify.. does that count or does it have to be on a playlist with other songs? Is there a way to mute Spotify so it still counts in a similar way as the tabs on Chrome?

Please post your Spotify one again in case some folks want that one too. Alright! At your service! Here it is: All the reasons I quit trying to use spotify are still there so I am puzzled. I went ahead and re-registered and downloaded Spotify...I mentioned that the other day...ended up with the US version rather than the Canadian one even though I went to the .ca site....go figure. So after awhile I managed to find the sessions and listen to them. But I have no idea how to find a specific playlist...the system seems bound and determined to tell me what to listen to. When I click a link such as the one above, I am taken to a page to log in....and when I do, I am back to square one....I cannot find a place or way to get this playlist or to play it. I don't know what I am regularly doing wrong but I never had this issue with either apple.music nor Rdio....which is why I threw my hands up over spotify....and am ready to do it again. I guess some partnerships are just not meant to be...lol....I just do not have time to fiddle around ferreting out the info I need. I could not even get the help button to do me any good......sigh...

You can change some setting that will open a playlist like this directly in your Spotify app. It's in the options for the web page you go to when you click on the above link. If you click on the weel icon in the bottom left corner of your screen you can set that setting. You can also just search on my name in Spotify and then select the playlist. My name in Spotify is Simone Schepers.

If you are streaming on windows you can mute programs by right clicking the sound icon in the system tray on the bottom right of your screen (next to your clock). If you then click "Open volumemixer" you can individually mute each program you have running. Muting Spotify this way is also nice so you can run more streams at once.

Following me not.

Sorry, don't know much about a Mac. Maybe someone else can help.
