I know this should probably be in the SYTYCD thread (wherever that is, as I normally don't follow it), but this is Sasha's performance tonight. She is just breathtaking and is soooooooo..... damn fierce. I'm posting it here because watching her dance reminds me that I have already seen her 8 times live at the GNT's and this routine kinda reminds of the wonderful tribal and Sleepwalker interludes, which I enjoyed enormously each and every time. I can remember commenting to many fans post shows that the dancers, through all 112 shows, never lost their intensity, their devotion, their professionalism. I used to love watching Sasha because she did indeed 'live' the emotion and vibe each and every time. It's also all shades of strange to see HER standing in front of the judging panel and not Adam...lol Mods shift this if need be - but it's so wonderful to see part of the Glamily doing so well and to know that Adam sure knows how to spot talent. ;D I would have missed it entirely if it were not right here, so thank you. |

I know it's personal.. but I couldn't help but wondering.. What kind of party is he going to have???  I'm hoping it's a single-release party. If he's just now scouting locations, it's likely the party is a good six weeks to two months away. Or maybe it's a celebration of the album's completion. Could be a party for a friend too ... She looked brand-new to Twitter, based on her followers. Rookie mistake. Either sounds fantastic. I'm excited and anxious and trying to be zen about the album. I am not succeeding. |

I would have missed it entirely if it were not right here, so thank you. I agree, I like getting funny/interesting tidbits of the people from Gam Nation. Thanks Caz, she was awesome. On a much sadder note, Monte is asking for our thought and prayers for his family. Monterrific Monte Pittman My nephew Josh Pandit passed away today. Can someone tell me, again, the relationship as it pertains to Adam of 19 Entertainment, Sony, and RCA?! I'm confused. :-/ All Idol finalists have a contract with 19 Entertainment that give 19 the right to sign them to a recording contract, management contract and a merchandising contract. Adam has contracts with 19R (19 Records), 19M (19 Management) and 19 Merchandising. 19 Records has a contract with Sony that gives them an exclusive license for Adam's recorded music. As part of this license, Adam has a contract with RCA Records which is part of Sony Music Entertainment a division of Sony Corporation. I never cease to be amazed about your knowledge of the "industry" & also, how you share it with ALL of us!  |

Well this thread is probably dead now.. but, all of those reasons for finding a rental space are great but, why would Adam be doing the finding "himself" ? really?
If it were not a personal party.. I just can't imagine doing all the party planning etc..for a single release..j/s I may not realize how all of this industry stuff works.. just don;t understand why he(not RCA) would throw a party for it.. hmmmm
well on that note off to bed with me.. and tomorrow I get to drag my girls off on a vacation.. should be just loads of fun(as long as they get to do what they want).. hope they don't kill each other.. I'll check in to see the news when I can.
