"He's a true professional." How many times has someone in the industry said that about working with Adam? It seems a very common reaction to Adam. I am curious what prompts it. Not that it surprises me about Adam. But of all the things one might say after working with him, - in addition to raving about the voice - why does he impress with his professionalism? Does that mean he is singularly focused on the session, dedicated to getting the right sound, meticulous, a perfectionist? Is it a reference to his willingness to collaborate? Or perhaps it refers to his musicianship and ability to sing whatever is wanted by the producer. You want a riff here? Sure thing. You want it sung with more power? No problem. You want a little grit? A pure, bell-like tone? More bite? More vibrato? No vibrato? Lower? Higher? A bit of a twang? An operatic trill? Whatever. Ask and he produces it. Just wondering this AM what it is about Adam that prompts such almost universal praise for being thoroughly professional. One would think that would be the norm, and not noteworthy. He must be professional beyond most others they work with. Hmmmm.

He must be professional beyond most others they work with. Hmmmm. I've wondered the same. Maybe a lot of "stars" are prima donnas who act like it's their way or the highway? You'd think there are others who are "professional" in the same way Adam is. Do we just not see those comments about others because we're not looking? I don't know. Just happy Adam continually receives this praise. And also that he's always being touted as one of the nicest people anyone has ever met. I'm sure he has his moments, just like the rest of us, but he sure has a maturity beyond his years when it comes to interacting with the public. A wonderful role model, and sometimes when I've been tempted to go off on someone on Facebook, for instance, I've actually thought about Adam and how he has inspired me to try to be better...

Having worked in theater for many years and being married to an actor who works on stage and in film, what it says to me is that Adam is a team player. He knows everyone's name no matter what the position. He takes interest in other people's lives. He's open to other ideas and suggestions. He shares the praise and the criticism. He is inclusive and understands that each project he does is not only about him. He is approachable. He is also a perfectionist and speaks up when he is not happy with something. In my mind, he is a musician and understands there are many parts to the whole. You just like working with him. That's what makes him " a true professional."

I am reading on twitter there was some incident during the show in Milwakuee (during Tresspasing), some woman was escorted out by security, anyone who was at the show knows what did she do?

I think she was probably just escorted back to her seat. She wasn't in the front row but came up to film during the encore and was up really close with her arm right over the stage, invading Adam's space. He grabs the phone off her and then either deletes what she's filmed or maybe continues filming himself - no way of knowing which. He then throws her phone down on the ground.
