Okay, I had to take a couple of phone calls so have just heard bits and pieces, but are we just ignoring the elephant in the room? He is definitely still going very lightly with the vocals. I heard the "not in Kansas" joke on the previous page. Did he sound like he had a cold to anyone else?
Or maybe I should just shut up now.

These fans really got screwed! They bought the M&G with Justin and great tix, and then he didn't want to do any more fan M&Gs. So they gave them the choice of forfieting the entire package including the tix or keeping the tix and meeting the 2D cardboard Justin. Can you imagine buying a M&G + VIP ticket and then having the M&G removed? I wonder if I would still keep my ticket? I probably would but I would be very, very angry. I can't believe his mgmt or whomever thought it would be better to get this kind of (bad) PR instead of just being fair and refunding some of that money.
Justin B. is immune to bad PR. He's done stupid, rude things on a regular basis for a long time, but his fans don't seem to care. He's at the point where apparently he can disrespect his fans and not suffer much in the way of consequences. His music will sell, his concerts will sell out. He'll win awards. Go figure.

Yes, he's holding back...not pushing or going for the high notes. He sounds better than Mt Pleasant, but he's not back to normal. |
