We've been using Skype for a couple of years now and I love it. It is so much more personal than just a phone call or, God forbid, a text. We do those things, too, but Skype makes you feel like you are really having a conversation.

They both have iphones. They probably face time. It's fun, I've used it with my daughter from my bedroom to hers. Under the same roof! If Sauli has/gets an ipad they can face time on a bigger screen!

Change of subject: I was thinking about Adam's sleep habits and have come to the conclusion that the late, late nights (seems so from time of Tweets) are to put his sleep/awake patterns in sych with Sauli's so they can converse at a mutually advantageous time. Too far fetched? You go for insomnia, I go for Sauli. I go for neither. He is a professional performer for ten years. Musicals run past 11 pm, then you have to shower, change, then you go out for a late night dinner with the cast, followed by a club to dance or listen to music (cuz you are still too wired by the performance), and finally, home at maybe 3 am. By that time you are starting to unwind. You check in with emails, messages, twitter, and then, head off to bed. If you are gigging in a club, the night can go even longer. Play until 2 am, pack up, grab something to eat, a couple of drinks, and you are not home before 4 or 5 am. (Yeah, I've known a lot of performers in my life. Night owls, every one.) I think he said one time that after the show, he'd go & perform in the late night clubs. He'd be out to all hours. I'm sure he went even if he wasn't performing. Does make me laugh when he tweets just as I'm getting up for my boring day job.

Guitarist brother sleeps 6 a.m.-noon. :-/
