 I think you hit the nail on the head. The EU reviewers are expecting "Rock God Adam." And anyone that thinks the QAL show is spontaneous is not too bright, right?! I think that reviewer had seen other shows or youtubed them. Like a fan they wanted their show to be unique, think of the Fantasy Spring folk or anyone who has said this was the best show. I did see a few years ago that Kelly Clarkson would throw in a cover song based on requests during some of her tours whereas Adam has tried to stay away from covers. That would be a way to mix it up and get media coverage but it also may not be the strategic route he wants. I think they see other pop acts uninhibited. Seeing Adam hss Been in the past like that. Hes a very rare commodity in pop. In which he needs the whole show in his ear. Sound is very important to him. His shows. The one I was at. Is very efficient. Technically he is a master of his craft. Because hes so I guess theatrical. And I think hes not as on the edge like he used to be. Some may feel hes holding back. I just think his shows are more refined. And grounded. I think maybe some expect him to be the next Freddie. PRINCE etc. But he's coming across as Sam Smith haha. |

Thanks Simone...  Here's my other one from The Ryman TOHT. He's got on his backwards cap, but at least it has bling on it. When I walked in and saw him I instantly thought about him being completely dressed in black ala Johnny Cash...The Man in Black. Seems Queen is already rehearsing! So I think until Adam gets another person to replace Rob, Brett's going to do that job for him. He is also with Adam coz maybe he needs new outfits for QAL and the LBGTAward things? |

It's like taking a pic with your grandma... lol I didn't realize until I saw the pics that I was really smushed up next to him, right inside that leather jacket lapel, which caused me to have to crane my neck around and face the camera. I had to make sure to get my arm all the way around. I can barely see my fingertips. lol
