I kept on postponing for a year, a few weeks ago I upgraded two desktops, an ancient laptop and a Surface Pro 2 to Windows 10. My wife's two laptops were already on Win10. I am totally loving it on every single one of them. The memory management is amazing, on the desktop machine I use for visiting this forum, it feels like I doubled my memory  Several 3D applications, Photoshop, MS Office, 24 Chrome tabs running and I still have plenty of room for more... Win 7 would have given up already. YMMV. By "ancient," do you mean 2009 or before? I just keep remembering the last time we tried to upgrade a component in an older computer, it just led to too many pieces needing to upgrade... It is an HP Pavilion laptop with 2GB RAM purchased on September 22, 2007! It had Vista Ultimate. Went to Windows 7, and now Windows 10. The only issue I had updating was I had to remember to uninstall the Avast antivirus software, otherwise the update failed without telling me why... |

As nic42 already mentioned she couldn't make it because she was feeling not well enough. She took my spare seated ticket which I wasn't able to sell, but proved very handy now. For my review I need to edit some stuff that you all probably are going to like! A little gift. On my phone it seemed to sound better than on my computer, but still it's great! |

The only time i was in Tampa and St. petersburg, Florida, there was this huge storm coming, very very darks cloud coming from the sea to land with, yes, lots of lightning and thunder, so i saw a typical day in Tampa i guess I live in Tampa Bay area and work in Tampa and I can tell you that what you saw IS NOT a typical day in Tampa. The one time you're in Tampa and St Pete, FL area, it's probably when there's a storm coming. Even in the Hurricane season's a lot of time the storms stays in Gulf of Mexico or Atlantic Ocean. A typical day in Tampa is Sun shining, hot and humid. The German-speaking people on this forum might remember this TV ad from the 90s. It features a product called Drei Wetter Taft (Three Weather Taffeta) and shows a model travelling around Europe from rain to wind to sunshine.
