No WWTLF indeed. He was sounding pretty raspy by the end of IWIA.
Guess he's indeed not feeling very sure about his voice. Maybe that's also why he flew in so late?

Even though i've lost sound all the time, Adam didn't sound THAT awfully flat.
If all the People there may not followed every QAL concert and listened every song on Video numerous times, they may not found tonight TOO BAD.

Guitar solo now, no Who Wants to Live Forever. Not at all surprised. I was actually hoping he wouldn't risk it. Adam is such a trouper, but he is usually careful with his instrument. It is interesting to hear how he modifies his delivery to take it easier. Of course, Queen music is not EASY, even when Adam takes it easy. He still delivers for the audience, and unless you are familiar with every note he usually sings, you wouldn't know anything was wrong. ETA: And, col, it is not that he is singing flat. He isn't. He is just not singing the high notes full voice, or at all. He is not belting as much, and his voice has a slight rasp to it where it is usually crystal clear.

Jonna Levola @jonnalevola Adam loses to #freddiemercury . But at least we have someone who can stand in comparison. #queen Everyone has a right to their opinion however misguided.

And didn't even finish some lyrics...that's why I asked if he was doing acrobatics, 'cos he sounded out of breath and I can't get the periscope to play for me, so I couldn't see what he was doing...

Yup, I added to my last post that he was NOT singing flat. Just dodging the high power notes, not sustaining notes he usually does and omitting some phrases while letting the audience or the other guys sing them.

Uh-oh. I hear lots of rasp in his voice on the Bo Rap verse. Oh, wait! Duh. That's Freddie, not Adam. Never mind!
