Not sure if this is OT. Connects to Adam in a way. Apparently Haley will have songs on her upcoming album written by Dr Luke and B C Jean. Do the same few writers write for everyone? Kind of takes the specialness away from them writing for Adam2 when I hear that. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will tell me I'm wrong. I hope so.
Oh yeah - and a Kris Allen - penned song on her album too.

Well, people have to make a living however they can, so I can't fault TPTB trying to get top talent for a debut album if they have the connections. And the writers/producers have to go with the good-paying gigs that might get them the next level of exposure. Kind of strange though, since BC Jean and KA are Sony and new Idols will be associated with Interscope. BC Jean is trying to make it as an artist and part of that segue is often as a writer (happened for Gaga that way). RCA seems to be making a lot of deals for her, which will only add to her cache and notoriety, if they produce hits. We don't even know if the collabs with Adam are going to make the album cut, so girl has got to do what she can. It's not like they're going to put these people on a shelf after working with Adam. ETA: I also think the relative success of all of them will benefit Adam. And it would be great if it would benefit Haley. She's a very talented girl. |

Today I keep seeing this gif on some twitter accounts and I can't copy it. I've tried all the browsers I have. Chrome, Firefox, Explore, Opera. Nothing. I wish I was more of an expert.
