Anyone have a link to the numbers for the ALN video when it first came out? I know Adam says the numbers or sale of this song are not important to him, but I think WTTS video is kicking the ass of ALN and i'd like to compare. Thanks!  Doing well but not doing better. These are my numbers for the first couple of days. Skachep will have a full chart but her links aren't working right now. 8-Oct

Hmm I see now my links are broken. I changed a bit in my Onedrive as they cut the space down to 5 GB. So I had to save some of my files elsewhere.
What I checked this morning it seems like WTTS is going around the same pace as ALN in the first two days. I'll check now to see how it compares and also check my links.

After 52 hours WTTS is now at 273k. I don't have a number for ALN for 52 hours though as I didn't put down the numbers for October 11th (Adam was in the Netherlands and we were off seeing him!). After about 81 hours ALN was at 377k. It was slowing down some already then. WTTS almost got 14.5k likes already now versus 276 dislikes. A nice 98.13% like ratio. The lyric video needed about 9 days to get to that amount and was at a ratio of 96.3% at that time. CGH music video needed 11 days to get there and was on a ratio of 96.8% then. I don't have these numbers for ALN and GT. The WTTS vid got 149K views in past 24 hours. It was day 3. Views have increased.
Day 3 of ALN was when the views dropped significantly, from 147K in one day to only 62.5K. That video's low view count is still a mystery to me.

There was however a LOT of press coverage for this one and also spread out over the first two days so a lot of people got to see it and were pointed towards it. WTTS is indeed doing very well! Spotify is also reacting a bit to the video news by the way. Streams for WTTS are now back to 26-27k while they were around 22k before. |
