I too am stunned with the new WTTS video, and Adam's deep and heart-felt message accompanying the video. As an older fan, I'm so very glad he has come along during my lifetime so that I can share time on this planet with this very special person.
As for Laleh, I was drawn to her from the get-go. I sense there is a special chemistry between them, and that their voices blend together so well with neither voice over-powering the other. I don't get to many concerts but I was lucky enough to see the LA1 TOH concert back in April when Laleh appeared on stage unannounced to sing WTTS with Adam - that was the most special part of the evening for me. I hope Adam and Laleh will continue to collaborate on different projects in the future. I think that she will be co-mentoring with Adam on the up-coming Australian X-Factor - am I right on that?

Video for ‘Welcome To The Show’ Adam’s excitement following his performance of this song with Swedish artist Laleh on the final season of American Idol was unmatched. I’ve never in my seven years as a stan seen him quite so excited! The song was then heard during the NCAA Championship as well as NHL games! And today we were surprised with a beautiful video (via Flaunt Magazine) that Adam produced, accompanied by a heartfelt letter inspiring us to be proud of who we are. 2. Charity song benefiting Orlando victims. So many artists came together to record this beautiful song about how love overcomes hate and together our ‘hands’ can change the world. Through the magic of technology, artists were able to record their verses no matter their locations and the result is flawless! Listen for Britney Spears, Selena Gomez, Jason Derulo, P!nk, Meghan Trainor, Mary J. Blige, Jussie Smollett, and SO MANY MORE! Adam’s part comes in around 2:50. And please purchase this song on iTunes to support the Orlando victims and their families. 3. Down Under! Adam took a seat beside Iggy Azalea and Guy Sebastian as a judge on The X Factor Australia! Auditions have just wrapped and the show will air soon. He did a fantastic job filling in on Idol as a guest judge, so he’ll no doubt have some great commentary for Aussies chasing their dreams. And yes, we’ll be able to watch here in the states because the internet!😉 4. Fan-boying! Adam is an artist in every sense of the word. And he’s not at all shy about sharing the love for others he admires. Just follow him on Twitter – he’s fan-boying all the time! He’s basically one of us. 5. High Fashion! Adam always gives good face! Good lord. This was bound to happen eventually! you are right in that there was a rumor about Laleh being a mentor on his team but Shoshanna tweeted it was wrong... so, who knows... |
