I am beyond thrilled if this is true. If this amount is invested and earns a realistic 5% interest, Adam can live very comfortably on over a million dollars of interest only every year. But where is this site getting their info from? The article is very poorly written (the teacher in me cannot ignore that) and contains multiple errors and distortions. That makes me suspect the $ info as well. But since nothing succeeds like success, this is good PR regardless. omg, cassie...I swear even back in 5th grade both of my kids would've written a better "research" article than this... I am absolutely sure they have no factual info re Adam's worth, NONE. I think anyone here can take a guess and be as close to the truth as this pub/blog IMHO I don't think Adam knows how much he is worth.. all these sites are showing different amounts.. anybody know his accountant???

Adam seems like a very practical guy, so I am guessing he has a great well-vetted financial adviser. Pattihum has said he has great lawyers and great lawyers know who the good financial advisers are, so I'm thinking he knows his net worth from detailed quarterly reports and has an financial plan that includes investments, estimates of earnings, and reasonable funding of long and short term needs.

And the money spent on his addiction to shoes and clothes is also deductible as a business expense since he wears everything at his performances. Smart guy!

Hmm you beat me to it. He isn't mentioned, but they haven't mentioned him at all in the article. We'll find out later this week I guess.

He, his cameo, is kind of a "treat" or "surprise". Wonder if they'll show any of him in the movie preview clips in SAn Diego. They may not....keep the "wow factor" for the actual release date.

No, I'm pretty sure the clothes and shoes would only be deductible if he only ever wore them for performances and never ever in "real" life. I think Q3 once said that she had it on good authority that he purposely doesn't deduct them so that he can wear them in his everyday life.

If you add up all his earnings from the Forbes lists, I believe it is a total of $25 million. The person didn't take into account taxes, so I think the $16 million from celebritynetworth.com might be more accurate.

Loxie, I am not trying to be argumentative and Adam is a smart guy, but unfortunately his addiction to shoes and clothes is not totally deductible. As a general rule, he can't deduct his everyday clothes even if he wears them on stage. To be deductible, they should be stage costumes that are only worn for a production of some kind, such as a video or concert. If I think back, I can identify many costumes that he has only worn on stage, the recent Samurai outfit from TOHT or the Ringmaster outfit from Glamnation. These are deductible, but the regular clothes from his closet he wears onstage are not, such as the beautiful Laboutin boots. Still I am pretty sure he is doing well enough to satisfy his every shoe addiction.
