Zinnia Thanks so much for bringing over the Sauli interview. I love the way the universe is manifesting for both of them. I must admit I didn't expect this love affair to happen right now.... but am so happy that it did and hope it's long lasting, if that's what they both want. Regarding his emphasis on "cheating" and intolerance for it, perhaps it might be advisable IMHO for Sauli to go on the road with Adam for this next tour (if they're still an item a yr from now lol), maybe take over Neil's job or manage the merchandise (both of which need improvement). There seems to be so many opportunities and temptations living the "rak stah" lifestyle and Sauli being there might help with that. It kinda reminds me of Elvis and all his hook-ups on the road while Priscilla was at home with Lisa Marie(although it's understandable staying at home when you have a baby). I remember Melanie Griffith stating that when Antonio Banderas was filming "Original Sin" with Angelina Jolie, that she was on the set every minute of every day to eliminate that temptation. Lol. I really think Adam is a one man guy I agree. He's been very candid about his desire to be in a relationship and his extended time being single when he had free license to play the field was fun for a time, but ultimately unsatisfying. I understand temptation on the road; saw it all the time in the hotel biz, but I do think some people are predisposed to cheat and others are not. (I also think there is a lot of gray area where emotional ups and downs, a troubled relationship, and loneliness and frustration can take people to a place where they never thought they'd go too.) They live in West Hollywood. There are hot available gay men around them all the time, but that doesn't matter when you're looking for "The One." (From my experience living there, it's often a deterrent – Nikka Costa said more than a couple of times during her concert banter while talking about love and relationships, "This is a hard city [when you're looking for love]." I think it's telling that Adam found what he was looking for half a world away. I also think it was good for him to have his first major tour as a Rawk Stah when he was single. He had all the opportunity in the world, but again, it's going to come back to, "Is this really what I want right now?" I think he pretty much answered that question. Of course she was. That's how her relationship with Antonio Banderas started, on a movie set when he was married. As far as Adam, in isnterview he's talked about wanting to find the "one" and cheating is not for him. He and Sauli have seemed to go through a lot to be together, they really both seem to want it a great deal to go through all the obstacles. |

If Adam was on the set with Angelina Jolie, I wonder if Sauli would make sure he was there the whole time too? And if there was film of Adam and Angelina together, that might be too much for some parts of the Twitterverse to handle -- end of that world as we know it kind of thing!

Well, who am I to say what's in anyone's head or heart, but I'm not a big fan of relationships where a person feels he/she can't let the other person out of their sight without the risk of cheating. Quite frankly, if someone's gonna cheat, they're gonna cheat, no matter how tight a leash they're on, lol. And as Susie said, the way someone behaves while single is not an indication of how they behave when in a committed relationship, so. Again, it's certainly not my call, but I'd think Sauli wants his own life and career, and not just be a tag-along. Anyway, based on how a lot of the fans feel about him, Sauli would need a stick to beat fans away from him if he had any kind of public interaction on tour, lol. To do Neil's job requires someone just like Neil-- a no-nonsense curmudgeon who's not afraid to be the bad guy.  |

I love the way y'all defend Adam's fidelity and I didn't mean to suggest that he wouldn't be loyal or couldn't be trusted. But you never know what might transpire under certain circumstances. As much as I love Adam, I'm not totally convinced that he will always make the best decisions, especially when adrenaline, testosterone and alcohol are involved. I guess I've just known too many "cheaters" in my life lol. I just think having Sauli around on the road might not be a bad thing...all the way around !! JMHO YMMV, etc.
