Oh! and Brian told Dana he wasn't completely happy with his performance last night, but blamed the humidity (maybe his fingers slipped).

Another article on the show last night.
MetalTalk.net @metal_Talk 9h9 hours ago QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT BRING A KIND OF MAGIC TO ISRAEL www.metaltalk.net/news2016sg/2016508.php … @freddiemercury3 @officialrmt UK EXCLUSIVE QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT BRING A KIND OF MAGIC TO ISRAEL13th September 2016
Queen + Adam Lambert played in Israel for the first time last night, Monday 12th September 2016, with Freddie Mercury a constant presence throughout the concert.
Original band members Brian May and Roger Taylor each sang a song in Freddie's memory, and concert clips featuring the legendary frontman who would have turned 70 last week, were prominent throughout.
Around half of 'Bohemian Rhapsody' was a screening of the classic and groundbreaking Queen music video with Freddie's voice, though Lambert sang some parts also.
The Jerusalem Post declared Lambert "a worthy heir to Mercury's throne" and the former 'America Idol' runner-up sat on an actual throne while singing 'Killer Queen'. Were you watching Axl Rose and Dave Grohl?
Queen + Adam Lambert played all the hits during their two hour performance, including 'Seven Seas Of Rhye', 'Don't Stop Me Now', 'Somebody To Love', 'We Will Rock You', 'We Are The Champions' and 'Fat-Bottomed Girls' which saw the audience singing every single word.
Brian May played an extended guitar solo which included a rocked-up version of 'Hava Nagila', an Israeli folk song traditionally sung at Jewish celebrations, and in an almost unprecedented move at concerts in Israel, after saying "shalom", Brian added the Arabic "salam aleikum", a Muslim greeting that means "peace be upon you".
Lambert, who is Jewish himself, spoke Hebrew and Yiddish phrases, including "l'chaim" which he said while raising a chalice. L'chaim is a Jewish salutation meaning "to life!"
The Jewish Press reported that traffic was "jammed on the main artery from east to west" with one chatroom user saying: "The parking lots, Yarkon Park, the University train and the drive-in — forget it. They're just packed."
Esty, another JewishPress.com reader had earlier said amidst concerns that threats of disruption from The Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement would derail the concert: "We'll hike it if we have to."
Music won the day last night as Queen + Adam Lambert enthralled a 50,000-plus strong crowd in Yarkon Park, Tel Aviv. Outspoken critics of Israel who wish to boycott the country would do well to remember that if they had their way, thousands of Queen fans would have been denied the opportunity to see the iconic band's first ever gig there through a situation that is not of their desire or making.

Queen broke in Tel Aviv 09/13/2016
The legendary rock band was presented in Tel Aviv and played the hits loved by all his fans, in addition to surprise with songs that nobody expected. For one, the guitarist and original member of the band, Brian May became a riff that sounded like a Queen song in Jewish melody, "Hava Nagila".
One would think that more than 50,000 Israelis hardened live in one of the hottest and most violent countries in the world would not move for something as corny as that, but the shouts and applause showed the opposite. In the hands of May, "Hava Nagila" It not just sounded like a folk tune that Jews dance in circles at a wedding. It sounded, well, epic. Like when Jimi Henrix touched the American national anthem at Woodstock ... only Jew. Somehow one would wish to highlight Jew would have been the singer Adam Lambert, he being Jewish and all. Of course, the finalist of "American Idol "- who was asked to fill the shoes of legendary singer died of Queen Freddie Mercury - tried to say a few Hebrew words during the show, those learned in the first five minutes of the first day of shule: shalom, Toda, tov erev and, as he raised a glass of large, l'chaim. And he murmured frequently used phrases in Yiddish - Oy Vey, Oy vey iz mir, Oy Gevalt. However, even though he was raised in the Jewish community, he never mentioned anything personal - a bar mitzvah, their feelings about what appeared to be his first visit to the Jewish state. Yes it called a "happy day". He was also complaining about the heat. . For truly yes, it was very hot Of course, the Israeli public always wants more visitors - more recognition, more support, more Yiddishkeit. And yet, with all the enemies who would be more than willing to organize a boycott of anyone who dares to touch in Israel, we learn to be grateful for those who go against the pressure. The conclusion is that Queen and Adam Lambert they came to play for his Israeli fans, which these days is not the obvious choice for many artists.
