I think that hairstyle is just too finicky for the stage. It looks good here when perfectly styled but goes to hell when he gets sweaty. I actually like the green.

Thank you,Q3 and Betty for understanding....... I felt the same too, Lorraine. It's an evocative image.....something people have done for hundreds of years. And Adam makes it piercingly relevant to the changing world of today by a hand reaching out with black nail polish.

I am provably the only one but I don't like any of his looks this time, specially the hair and that lacy top, this is just my opinion.

I hope that typhoon that hit Taiwan doesn't affect the show there! The one pic I saw looks pretty bad...

www.1883magazine.com/music/music/adam-lambert-backstageCurrently in the middle of a sold out world tour are rock legends Queen + Adam Lambert. Having made his name on American Idol in 2009 when he sang ‘We are the Champions’ in the final, Adam joined the band for a 15-minute set at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2011. Since then his solo career has gone from strength to strength with his album ‘The Original High’ being a top 3 worldwide hit with over 3 million copies sold followed by a worldwide tour. Now a firmly established member we were lucky enough to catch Queen and Lambert in Tel Aviv earlier this week as they performed all the classics at Yarkon Park in from of 50,000 ecstatic fans. As we expected Adam smashed it, able to hold the crowd in the palm of his hand as he belting out the hits such as ‘Somebody to Love’ and ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’. Before the show we headed backstage to meet the man himself and were able to get some exclusive shots of a number of looks for the live show. A self confessed shopoholic, his outfits include such classic brands such as Saint Laurent, Skingraft, Diesel and Rik Villa. Previously quoted as saying that playing ‘dress up’ is one of his favourite daily activities, fashion has now become as important to the live performance as to the actually singing. Using editorials and collections to understand fashion trends has allowed Adam to get a style that is individual to himself. Lambert goes on to say that what he loves about fashion and music side by side is that they both follow trends that are constantly changing and developing, both being a great form of expression. Picking out Lenny Kravitz, David Bowie and Elvis Presley as icons who have made a style their own, Adam’s looks have evolved to a place where he is dressing how he actually likes to dress, less ‘costumy’ as he puts it. I guess my favorite Adam look is his classically handsome look. BUT when he dresses for the stage in these amazing outfits, I have to admit I love those, too. He's such a risk-taker. And, unlike most guys who might try these looks, Adam manages to still look sexy. I love that lacey top thing and with the high pants. Kind of bolero-ish. And the lace adds to his occasional shows of androgyny. He just exudes an attitude of confidence and "I'll do what I want." And it does draw media attention which is part of the whole point. Wonder what he'll be doing with that fashion/modeling company he signed with? As for the Western Wall, I agree with those here who believe that he was truly moved by that visit. Even a non-Jew would be. Judaism, Christianity and Islam were all born in this region. It's steeped in religious history. It's all tied together. I have to believe that he felt a connection to his Jewish heritage.
