I believe Q3 has earned a new hat: Activity Director! First the Album #2 Promo suggestions, and now the rain songs. Can't wait til later in the day when I'll be able to listen to them. Will probably make a new playlist entitled "Rain" - and it will remind me always of the current drought... My contribution: Singin in the Rain - Gene Kelly www.youtube.com/watch?v=07n3mmF6BkEThanks, Q3, for being such a creative leader. What's next?!? Oops - Seashell beat me to it! And I can't embed either. Will have to practice...

Oh noes, we're having another one of those days, when I see a lot of pages and think that there's Adam news, and end up finding pages and pages of videos of artists that I have no idea of who they are. #verymusicallychallenge but carry on

From AL Official Fan Club an excerpt of Adam's Blog, Sept 15, 2010, "LIFE ON A TOUR BUS" (hope this is ok-if not mods please delete) Arnie is our kick a** bus driver who drives us and he is such a great guy! Sometimes my dancers and I will just sit up there and chat with him. Having done this for many years, he sure has a lot of good stories!!! The other night we were driving through a storm and we all squished up into his front cabin and he told us stories about all of the different storms he has driven through. It was pretty interesting. We also got a front row look at the lightening which is always thrilling to see! (Don’t forget that I live in LA and I rarely see lighting there!) I would love for Adam to do a song about lightening Thanks so much for posting this, Las. Brings back my own memories, as I'm fairly sure, given the date, that the stormy night Adam was writing about was after the Dallas concert on Sept. 8th. They would have been on their way to Houston, and AMW, Mrs. AMW and I were driving back down to Austin from Dallas long after midnight through Tropical Storm Hermine in AMW's dearly departed car (moment of silence, please). That was a CRAZY storm. Kinda romantic, thinking about how Adam was watching the same storm the same night as we were, hearing the same waters come crashing against his windscreen, shaken by the same lightning. Less romantic? Suddenly finding ourselves in the middle of a three-foot-deep, fifty foot wide lake in the middle of IH 35! Well, it was a good car while it lasted!
