MWP- This is all your fault. I LOVE Stevie Ray Vaughn (saw him perform a couple of nights before he died. One of the best concerts I've ever been to).
Here's The Sky is Crying.

Wow. *is jealous* He used to play all the time at Antone's blues club right behind my house when I was growing up. But I was too young to appreciate it then. *blames parents* *kidding*

Oh MWP!! Love, love, love "Buckets of Rain". Love the guitars, love his voice, and double love the lyrics. Did I mention I love it? It's one of the only Dylan songs on youtube that's not a cover. Can never listen just once. Buckets of rain, buckets of tears, got all them buckets comin' out of my ears...

From AL Official Fan Club an excerpt of Adam's Blog, Sept 15, 2010, "LIFE ON A TOUR BUS" (hope this is ok-if not mods please delete)
Arnie is our kick a** bus driver who drives us and he is such a great guy! Sometimes my dancers and I will just sit up there and chat with him. Having done this for many years, he sure has a lot of good stories!!! The other night we were driving through a storm and we all squished up into his front cabin and he told us stories about all of the different storms he has driven through. It was pretty interesting. We also got a front row look at the lightening which is always thrilling to see! (Don’t forget that I live in LA and I rarely see lighting there!)
I would love for Adam to do a song about lightening

If I ever get to hear Adam's voice over a funky back beat, I can die happy with a big smile on my face. I'm right there with you. That is probably exactly what the Nikka Costa song is. Hope it makes the album! LindaG23, No, I absolutley do not think that Kelly song is the final product.

Obama is going to have a Twitter Town Hall --- wonder if he will answer questions about Adam's new album??? without a doubt he will - what could be of more national and international importance than Adam's new album.

I can sing more SRV songs to you any time you like! (You've heard about love giving sight to the blind? My baby's lovin' cause the sun to shine...)
