Until we hear some news, and since it has been relatively slow........I read, recently, that Madonna is going to release her new album in November - about the same time as Adam. Maybe they will get to perform at the same award shows. Where did you hear November? Madonna just stepped into the studio for the first time last Friday (her manager tweeted about it). That's a pretty aggressive schedule if they want it ready by then. I tried to find the article that talked about the album, but couldn't find anything that referrenced the Nov. drop date......must have been hallucinating! Sorry for the confusion |

Hope something a little OT is ok while we wait. Last Mon.(6/27) there was a little blurb in the Arts Weekly section of the Times about rave reviews for a new modern production of Jesus Christ Superstar at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival in Ontario. Apparently, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice both saw it and loved it and there may be a possibility of it having a life after the festival, maybe even in NY. Anyway, that seemed kind of interesting, so I checked out the festival site and read some reviews. One reviewer called the actor playing Judas "scary good", so I had to see what the fuss was about. Here's a little sample with Paul Nolan as Jesus (he was really sick w/bronchitis but went on because it was opening night) and Josh Young as Judas (in the blue suit). I really wish ALW could hear Adam sing. Erm, I wasn't aware that Q had news. I thought she just said that she heard rumblings that news MAY COME SOON. I mean, that could mean tomorrow or a week from now. LOL. I wouldn't hold my breath just yet.....................cause ya know...you need that to breathe and stuff.

Big announcements rarely come at the end of a week. |
