OMFG, it took almost 40 questions and two wrong answers (one of which was Justin Bieber), but the genie correctly guessed Brad "Cheeks" Bell! I am in awe of this thing!

That IHR Clear Channel concert is pretty amazing. It appears to be like a grand version of their Jingle Balls -- consideration for Clear Channel airplay. Every one of these artists has 2011 singles. Even Jane's Addiction has their first album in 8 years coming out in September. Maybe fans could ask for Adam to perform (I think there have been way more stupid things than this for fans to partipate)? Isn't his single suppose to be out by then? |

Just like Jingle Balls. ETA: Fan requests will not matter for something like this. And I recommend that we trust RCA that they have a promo plan for Adam #2. Also a big reminder -- we do NOT have confirmation that his single will be released in late August-early September. Although there is information that points to these release dates. |

Hi Atopians! I wanted to delurk and say hello and thanks to all of you, especially Q3, for keeping Adamtopia alive and awesome. After the last board stopped working, I decided it was a sign I should not log in again and try to stop Adam stanning so much. Alas, it is to no avail. I am here lurking almost daily, even if only at the end of the night to see what's been happening--or, in the case of the last few weeks, what has NOT been happening. The anniversary of the EPIC (yes, I am using that word) Louisville GNT show forced me to register and say how much I love Adam still! Thanks, 4Msrmyn, for the link to the Louisville concert vids, which I have just spent the last hour+ watching/reliving. I have to say that as much as I love the GNT DVD, I wish I could have a high-quality DVD of the Louisville show--it was just so amazing. Adam was perfection on every level�his voice, his moves, his energy, his happiness, his sexiness--even more than usual, it seemed. It was as if everything--the crowd, the timing of a month into the tour, the acoustics of the theater, perhaps the realization that people in the Southern states loved him too?--all converged to produce a beyond-the-normal-amazing performance from Adam. I had just been to Knoxville and and thought it was wonderful, but then the Louisville show blew that out of the water for me. Ah, the memories! Anyway, I am hoping the drought ends soon, too, but realize that it will all be worth the wait. Frankly, I want to just hear him sing anything--it could be the ABCs! Don't care what--I know I will love it! Thanks for making Adam stanning so easy and fun--all of you rock! Atopians are the best! Thanks for the comment. OK, 'fess up. How many thought of Adam on your first game (raises hand). The genie must be amused with all the Adam entries....got the Satisfaction picture also. It took the genie many questions before it fianlly guessed Lea Salonga, the first Miss Saigon when it opened in London, and won the prestigious Sir Lawrence Olivier award, the equivalent of a British Emmy I guess. I lurve her (she and Adam know each other from Upright Cabaret days). She was my cousin's protegee when she was just a little girl and appeared with him on the local production of Annie. He was Daddy Warbucks (sp?). Adam's photo from yesterday was adorable. He looks like he has lost more weight. His arms are skinny. Raises hand here to haha, |
