He had a lot of problems with his first label. Right after his album release, his A&R person left. Ferras feels the album got no promotion. Then he got dropped. I discovered Ferras because he had the "good-bye" song for 1/2 of one Idol season. It may have been S7. It was the song during the semi-finals, then when they switched to Top 12 and the big stage, Idol switched the song to a Ruben song. Ferras' was, "Hollywood is Not America." Anyway, checkout his first album, "Aliens and Rainbows." It is very good. I almost think of him as a male Adele, really angsty, "rip your heart out" well written songs. Thanks. I actually Aliens and Rainbows the summer of 2009? There was a pap photo of Adam and his "boyfriend" eating lunch out. It turned out to be Ferras and I checked him out. Love the album. I wish the EP had more than just piano--budget, I imagine. Also, I love the new charity write up. But they should still have mentions Trevor Project. |

I actually thought the first write up for Adam was fine.. I have a feeling there complaints maybe? Sheeesh..
The new write up is fine too.. I don't think it all fits in.. The other nominees do more than what their write ups mention so what ever..
I really like Ferras too.. wish him luck this go round..

I think it's more likely that VH1 saw the tweets by Charity Water and Donors Choose yesterday? I am going with that, since VH1 added the links for both the charities. |
