Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, VH1 hates me on any browser ever invented. Also, on other computers. But I shall keep trying. vh1 sends very mixed messages to those of us that live outside the US so that may be your problem. It let me vote, for example, but often will not let me watch video's. Do not know why or when. Sorry....best I can tell you.....

More info on this and another Adam connection: Sadly, this bill was the result of an accident that killed five teenagers from my hometown of Fairport N.Y. in 2007. The texting bill was introduced by State Sen. Jim Alesi from that district. www.fairport-erpost.com/latestnews/x916857097/State-Senate-passes-stricter-texting-while-driving-billAdam connection: Sen. Alesi was the first Republican who broke ranks and declared his support for the recently enacted marriage equality law. As a result of the effort of Sen. Alsei plus the rest of the Democratic and Republican heroes who supported the bill, Adam can now get married in NY if he so chooses (no residency requirement for marriage licenses in NY). I'm really sorry if I struck a nerve with that story. They didn't mention the origins of the law, just that short blurb. I always loved his quip, and the title of the article caught my eye, so I just threw it out there. Thank you to Sen Alesi for supporting equal rights. It was a brave thing to do considering the political climate. There are already forces aligning to keep the bill's supporters from being reelected.

A congressional panel grilled NASA chief Charlie Bolden today (July 12) on Capitol Hill, repeatedly asking him why the space agency has yet to choose a design for its next-generation heavy-lift rocket. Connection: Adam's lace-up pants Those pants are absolutely mesmerizing. *splishsplash*

I just happened to be in Fairport last week visiting family for 4th of July (it has never yet snowed on the 4th so that's when we get together!). The sadness from 3 years ago has turned into a positive force for change with several campaigns and pledges to not text and drive. Plus Adam ended up with two connections from one article, both very positive.
