I've always seen many similarities between Elvis and Adam in traits, personality, looks, etc, but the chin and jawline in this pic is almost identical...and the hair as well.

Those two nights at The Orpheum in LA were pretty special - what a triumphant and celebratory ending of TOH tour in Adam's home town! Laleh's appearance on the first night was awesome, plus my brief chat with the "other" Adam in front of the theater was heartwarming. He told me that of all the artists that he had worked with, our Adam is the one he is most inspired by For me personally, Laleh's surprise appearance at the first LA Orpheum TOH concert tops it for me for 2016.

As for Greatest Adam moments. Can we list more then one? * Toh Tour Auckland. I was their. Not really a moment the masses saw. But I was videoing Adam. Then he left stage for a bit. And I shot him screaming At the sound guy and storming off LOL. Now I had seen Adam not liking sound issues. But seeing it first hand was pretty funny. * Xfactor U.K. Final. * Greatest Hits * Ghost Town * Xf Oz - Performance of EITN * Rocky Horror * WWTLF with Queen at The Isle of wright festival he screamed at the sound-guy?! ...did you upload the video on youtube? I LOVE the story to "Underneath". I've always looooved the song, but hearing the story, makes me connect/like it even more! btw. I don't know if I'm mistaking but isn't there one radio acoustic performance of "Underneath"? I thought I saw one once but I can't find the video anymore . Can somebody help? He did "Outlaws of love" two or three times but I can't find that radio acoustic performance of "Underneath I thought I saw"

So what about a collaboration with Sam Hunt? Adam connection = 2015 Billboard Mag "Men of Style". Adam's link is at the bottom of the article. Plus they've both sang "Girl Crush" at an awards show and their singles hit top 30 the same week. ( headlineplanet.com/home/2015/06/14/rachel-platten-adam-lambert-fall-out-boy-sam-hunt-enter-pop-radios-top-30/)So Sam's name came up on that top 10 Shazam list I posted earlier and his name seemed familiar and not just in a Sam Smith sort of way. I had to google Sam Hunt Gay Yah, I know he's country but he's very alternative, likes R&B and has added dubstep and DJ elements to some of his songs. www.billboard.com/articles/columns/country/6670447/sam-hunt-breaking-down-stereotypes-taylor-swift-fashion-mens-styleSo why team up country? Clean vocals. Why Sam - he's comfy with alternative country and started working with Shane McAnally (out, gay) before he was a hit song writer (details in article) He's respectful toward women in his songs which made a big impact on me since I recently clicked on a link to a Pitbull/Ke$ha vid. So I don't think their voices would mesh so I'm thinking more about songs, songwriters (Adam's already done one song with a country writer on FYE) and heck Ghost Town was like PopCountry. The writers for Underneath and Runnin do a lot of country music as well. Here is an interview with Catt Gravitt that discusses them. www.songfacts.com/blog/interviews/catt_gravitt/A bit about recording Underneath "When we recorded Adam's vocal on that, he stepped out in the middle of the song because he had to take a phone call. It was with VH1 - he was doing a Behind The Scenes with them. He came back in, and he was very upset. He saw the footage and for 45 minutes they wanted to talk about him being gay, and for five minutes they wanted to talk about his music. We all had this beautiful discussion about all of us, and him really sharing his vulnerabilities, and then he got back up to the microphone and sang that song. I truly think the world of that guy. He really was baring his soul that day, and when I listen to him sing that song, it just kills me. Kills me." Much more in the article Underneath is a song that just tears your heart out. It should have been Adam's arena show-stopper, his Who Wants To Live Forever. It's a masterpiece both in his voice and in his message. Wish to God that song had been heard by more than just his core fans. I wish it could be re-promoted somehow. Maybe someday he'll sing it in his concerts as a special treat, along with Pick U Up, another show-stopper, IMO. As for the collab issue, my theory is that for collabs to happen, they need to be mutually beneficial for both singers. Let's face it. There is a hierarchy of status among singers. The medium status singer has more to gain by performing with a higher status singer. (Saara is doing her best to get a duet with Adam. Adam, I assume, would love to get a duet with SS or Gaga or Rihanna, etc. etc.) The higher the status of the singer, the less they have to gain by doing a duet with someone lower in rank I know this sounds kind of crass, but I think that's the reality of it. Adam is well-respected for his voice, but it sure wouldn't hurt if he had a string of big hits along with it.
