I'm finally catching up & getting a chance to say something about all of the pre-storm goings on the last 2 days. But now I'm speechless! All I can say is that every wonderful thing he said is like this bunch of sweet kitties that I just want to squeeze & hug & kiss and never let go.  OMG.. they're cute but just looking at this picture makes my throat itchy and feel like my allergy's kicking :-/ |

I always miss his twitter parties. But I love the recaps here. Thanks Q3, for keeping all of us in the loop. I feel like I go about my days with family, co-workers and friends with this little hidden secret...I know what's coming...the best Adam songs yet]....just biding my time here till the album is released...just a little longer....patience, my pet, patience.... Just logged on again, but I often feel this same about most things Adam....I have a secret that is so special...I feel bad for ppl that don't have this incredible feeling....hope they do soon! |

I've often wondered what it is about Adam that sucked me down the crazy stan rabbithole. Yes, the boy has amazing talent but other artists who were really talented never sucked me in like this. So I think the tipping point for me has to be Adam's character.... his kindness, generosity, fearlessness etc. I don't need to list them all for you, you guys know. I just really admire and respect how he lives his life. I know, by following his example I am a better person in my own life.  how I feel, Tinafea! |

I can see where this would possibly cause some strain in their relationship, because I heard that Monte wanted the songs released but Adam didn't. I think a lot of people would buy them if they were actually released. Would they be different than the bootleg ones we have already heard? Yep.. I don't think the songs were never released to itunes or on CD for sale before and they're all over the YT and internet. They're not pick up by listener because the band and the singer were unknown that time. Just because the owner of the voice is famous now so one of the writer wanted to release them in itunes? IDK .. it would be different if these songs released for sale prior to AI. Maybe when Adam's career is firmedly established - he would release these songs and tweak them up a bit make them more relevant. ... IDK The recording sessions have never been released anywhere. There are live versions of the songs from the 3 CV performances online and some rehearsal tapes. There is one mixed recording of one track on YT but it is not from the Paramount recording session. Someone posted one of the tracks on YT but it was pulled due to a copyright claim. Monte said he wanted them released. RCA certainly does not want them released. And Adam did not sound enthusiastic about them when he mentioned them and seemed to downplay what was recorded. People involved with the recordings hold a completely different opinion -- and say they were quite good. These are substantially different than the tracks released on Take One. The Take One tracks were demo recordings where Adam was hired as a session artist. The Paramount sessions are 12 tracks written by Adam or Adam and Monte, performed by Adam and Monte with the intent of releasing an independent album. Just never got released. Many artists have unreleased works hanging around for decades. I hope there recordings do not get hung up for decades. IMO Adam is well known and with his second album being released, releasing these pre-AI recording could only help him and give him some credibility as a musician and songwriter before Idol. JMHO YMMV but I would love to have a studio recording of CTF. |
