Completely off topic other than the fact that I want Adam to be on Jimmy Fallon and I want a collab with Justin Timberlake! yhoo.it/puox1k

It was pure awesomeness with zero snark. I have to leave to run some errands but i will find it and bring it over to today's thread, when I get back. Gaga wasn't even on my mind when i was complimenting Chunkey! :

That looks so cute! Jane Espenson is one of my favorite Buffy writers--she wrote the "Earshot" episode that had to be postponed because it eerily echoed the themes of Columbine, which happened just a week before the episode was originally scheduled to air. After being infected by demon blood which gave her "an aspect of the demon," in this case the ability to read minds ("This is way better than a tail!" she gushes in her initial enthusiasm), Buffy quickly becomes overwhelmed by the thoughts of others pouring into her head, and then she "overhears" someone planning to kill everyone at the school. At the end, she discovers that the person she thought was going to shoot other kids was just planning to kill himself. He scoffs when she says that he's not the only one with problems, and Buffy tells him this, which still brings tears to my eyes: "My life happens on occasion to suck beyond the telling of it. Sometimes more than I can handle. And it's not just mine. Every single person down there is ignoring your pain because they're too busy with their own. The beautiful ones. The popular ones. The guys that pick on you. Everyone. If you could hear what they're feeling. The loneliness. The confusion. It looks quiet down there. It's not. It's deafening."

----- RCA will probably not make any more statements on this. Unless they come from the legal department. That is the reason Adam has been quiet on this all along. And Scott is really twisting this and has a bunch of fools that believe him. The biggest issue here is this is not the music Adam wants to represent him and how this release timing infringes upon the release of what Adam really wants out there.

Is there a secret chart that J. Scott G. is looking at == #23 on what??? It is not even on the iTunes top 200 dance tracks. I couldn't find it either. ETA: I found it! It's #22 on the Electronic chart for albums on i-TunesAnd, cassie, I agree with your opinion about this album. And the singles. I don't see anything underhanded about what this guy is doing. Of course, RCA will never condone it because it's not on their label. Because of his contract, now, with RCA, I would say that Adam can't endorse it. From following the history of the release of it though, it does seem like he went through the proper channels and in some way did get Adam's approval. The fact that he waited 2 years to release it kind of implies to me some integrity. I will not purchase the album because I do not need 7 versions of this song. Seven versions of If I Had You? That's different. ;D I will most likely purchase my favorite version, though, and hope that Adam gets 50% of something, which is actually better than 50% of nothing! I don't see anything particularly shady about this either. Adam agreed to do the vocal and signed a contract with him. I haven't had time to listen to any of the versions yet. If I like one, I'll buy it; if not, I won't. I don't think anyone will even know about this song but Adam stans, and they will know this is old and not representative of his current stuff.

Does this tell us anything in terms of forecasting the fully promoted, socialized, written about, etc, etc, etc release charting? I am trying to rationalize the "not to worry about adam#2" state of mind... and Chunkey - I was reading your serious post being quite sure that I was reading Q3's post...then I was astonished to see it was you! (same as last night)...I have to say that I love both of you ;D please keep both of you writing!
