Though sometimes serious and informative, I happily find the conversations here are most often so much fun and that is why I like it. I also notice that the back and forth lately has been somewhat sparse with the dearth of news...
BUT
It seems that every time someone mentions a name that person just pops right up (I am looking at you right now kanadie) and that bodes very well for silly fun galore when new music comes out. Lurkdom will disappear and post volumes will skyrocket.
Yeah!!!

More info about the concert. (apologies if it has been posted) LAMBERT_LIVE Lambert Live (Via snuggle62 ) Site opens @ 6pm shows R @ 9pm & fireworks are around 10h45. Line ups r allowed starting @ 5pm day of the show U attend.55 minutes ago LOL at this!! Line ups allowed at 5? I thought I heard that people were planning on camping out. I had planned on being there at noon LOL. Wanted a good spot for video. I am slightly afraid these lovely people don't know what is heading their way  |

Michael Jackson's family plans tribute concert, but some object

The show will "feature the world's most amazing music performers," according to the head of British promoter Global Live. The roster will be revealed online one act at a time over the next two weeks, starting Tuesday, Chris Hunt said. All profits from the show would go to several U.S. and British charities, including a cancer group created by the prince of Wales, Hunt said.
The October 8 show, in the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff, Wales, would be at least four hours long, Hunt said. The venue will seat up to 75,000 people, he said.
I believe there was some mention of this concert here recently.

Las- yeah I mentioned it bc I was wondering, or rather hoping foolishly, that this was the poop worthy moment. Adam performing there would expose him to a ton of new ppl plus being asked by MJ's fam to honor MJ--someone Adam was a massive fan of--would be a huge honor to him as well a a full circle kind of moment. Def poop worthy if only for him alone.
I realize I have no reason to think he would be involved I guess I just personally think it would be awesome. But I am realistic and not expecting anything.
