For those of you wondering what's been wrong with Live Journal, they just tweeted this:

We can now publicly disclose that we have been experiencing a large-scale DDoS attack the last two days, which has been the reason for the site issues most users have been experiencing. The traffic load has been immense, at many times our normal load level, and the attack is still on-going. We are in constant contact with our providers to mitigate the attack as best as possible. We again apologize for the disruption to LiveJournal usage, and are working to get everything back to normal as soon as we can. Thank you!

Procedure for the show in Ste Agathe Des Monts
The venue is in a residential area - it's on a side street with houses boardering the property. it's kinda strange. Security is very, very,very tight, parking very limtied and the area is now closed off to traffic.
A system for placement in the line and in the venue has been set up. If you go to the venue site and to the box office (a large mobile home type trailer) with your ticket, and they will staple a number to your ticket. We are not permitted to line up for the show until 5pm on Friday. the number you receive will be your place in the line and the manager said that this will be strictly enforced. The venue manager told us that they are well prepared and on high alert - they were kinda freaked out by all of the emails about camping out and line up procedures, so they are well prepared. we assured him that Adam's fans are well behaved. the area is now closed off to the public, so you will have to park and walk into the area to the box office to get your number.
There isn't a VIP area, fans will be in the front row! Jamie and i got there when they were setting up and were first to get our numbers (#1 and #2) and last we heard, they were up to number 7. you must be here in person with your ticket to get a number - you can't get one for someone else.
The stage is mid sized - not as large as the stages at the WHAM BAM fest or the St Jean Balloon Fest. i have a passport and tickets to all of the shows, and will go to one of them and take a pic of the stage to post.The town is very pretty and there's lots to do.
