IDK how the person doing the spreadsheets for ticket sales gets her "sold" numbers. For some venues it is easy, because we can actually count what's left. But for one like Phoenix, there are too many left to count. I would be very surprised if 10k are sold there. It doesn't even look 2/3 sold, to me. And they are holding back tickets in some markets -- KC, Omaha, Cleveland, Texas. So, not available does not mean sold. The overall North American Tour will be close to sold out but they will need to use some discounts. Looking at some of the Queen discussion boards, it seems like many of the NA Queen fans (who tend to be older in North America vs. the rest of the world), have commented that the good tickets are too expenses and they are passing this go. I think they were a bit overoptimistic with the pricing in some of these markets, including Phoenix. I saw Queen in Tempe, AZ (metro Phoenix) in 1980 -- in an ampetheater with 20,000 capacity -- and it was not close to sold out. That was pretty much Queen's peak in the U.S. JMHO Phoenix in the summer -- not a great place to kick off the tour. [Phoenix population declines dramatically in the summer and there are few tourists.] And, as I posted before, there are two many concerts in the middle of the US, not enough in the Northeast. Detroit + Cleveland? Omaha + KC? will be tough.

oh, that video is PERFECT! made me laugh AND cry at the very same time and expresses exactly how I feel about that damn new tattoo! oh, adam, i want just one bare shoulder...sniff, sniff...how could you rob me of that? it's not fairrrrrrrrrrr In mourning for that beautiful freckled shoulder.. why Adam why.. Video is perfection I hope Adam is not falling victim to "tattoo addiction" - from my point of view, even if some individual tattoos are meaningful and beautiful, too much of a good thing can be overwhelming and reach the opposite effect. I am mourning those precious freckles too, and I am really scared of him trying to decorate his neck too.

In the US it used to be popular. When doing my genealogy second name of the first born son was really important in helping to determine the Mother's maiden name! It is still quite popular (at least in my neck of the woods) either to use the mothers maiden name or even the maternal grandmothers maiden name as either a first or middle name. Just depends on if there is a workable last name. Isn't Adam's Mitchel his mothers maiden name? She is Leila Mitchel Lambert -- I believe Mitchel is her maiden name. Mitchel is an uncommon Jewish surname - in most cases an Anglicization of a Spanish Jewish name, Mishlei. I did a lot of research on the surnames - Mitchel and Mitchell when doing our families' trees. My [Jewish] husband's middle name is Mitchell which is an Anglicization of an Eastern European-Russia surname of one of his great grandmothers.

I was just looking through some of the images of tats done by Adam's tattoo artist roxx and saw this one. Each to his own and all that but I can't get my head round why someone would want black sleeves as a tattoo.... http://www.instagram.com/p/BD4WducQUqt

The interesting result of body art becoming so widespread is that there are now better and better removal techniques. The new lasers are quite effective. So, while it take time and money, these tattoos are actually no longer permanent. Black is the easiest color to remove. It is not painless but less painful than getting a tattoo.

It's a cute name! My sister did the same with my first nephew living in the US. In Israel not alot of kids get second name although it is vecoming popolar lately.. 😍😍😍 My son has my maiden name....Gorham...as his middle name. I knew I wanted to use it from the get go. His first name, Stuart, is his dad's middle name and his grandmother's maiden name......her father was from Scotland with the last name Stuart. My sons both have my 'maiden name' as their last name. I kept my own name too. It has been a possibility here for 10 years or so, and I like it. I love my family name and the history that goes with it. And my husband didn't really care. There are not many people who do this yet, I guess in some ways tradition is really strong. I think it is great that women have the choice now too to keep the legacy of their name in the family. We will be a genealogists nightmare in the future though
