Do we know that there is actually a lawsuit? This tweet is the only thing I know about it getting pulled from iTunes. papers may not be filed yet but if scott wants to be re-instated on itunes it probably will be handled by his atty's. crap I deleted my post (I think) BUt do you think Scott has the financial means to fight the RCA giant? I don't think he sold enough itune downloads for it to be worth his effort? on another note - HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLEDARKANGELPF! I am getting sooooooo excited for tomorrow. I can't wait. Jealous but happy for those that are attending. 8-) |

No mention of a lawsuit, just that his lawyers are looking into it which to me would be normal procedure. I am sure, even if Adam has to be close mouthed, Scott will not! I was thinking the same thing about scott's big mouth after i posted.  |

That's what I'm curious to find out. Did RCA tell iTunes the single was somehow not a legitimate release? The fine points of the transactions are the ones that interest me b/c they are usually the details on which everything hangs. |

Well Adam is going to be on their televised show, maybe as a presenter, but it would be great if he got an award too. We don't know how heavily the votes count toward the award or if there are other factors too, but there is no disclaimer text so I'm assuming that the votes are important. IMO this is probably the most legit voting opportunity we have had in a long time. |
