Guys I just realized something! Tomorrow is Adam's Un Birthday (Half birthday) fans should sing to him the Unbirthday song. lol. youtu.be/4dZH9a67SZEI call it the 1/2 birthday. Unbirthday, for me, is any day that's not your birthday, the "364 other days"  We always did a 1/2 birthday for my youngest because both her siblings and my husband's BD were within a 3 week span of each other in summer. Hers was January. When she was younger, it was hard to figure out why everyone she knew was getting presents but her. I kept up the practice until her early teens, just with a small gift, every July 19th! She, btw, is 10 days older than Adam! |

I celebrated my un-birthday on my half-birthday every year when I was growing up. January 2 is an awful date for a birthday! Since it is after the holidays, if anyone remembers beforehand, they don't have to worry about it then when everything is so busy, but it is so close after that no one ever remembers it on the actual day! We had to give up on gradeschool birthday parties. I'd take the invites to school right before break and people would RSVP that they were coming, then they'd forget and not show up. Also, everyone has just started their new year's diets and never wants to have cake with me :( July 2nd works a lot better! |
