I tend to agree, I think it will have a more rock edge. But, what do I know?????? Kanadie will have a more expert opinion. Where are you Kanadie? Opinion please............begging ;D Well I don't really think it is an expert opinion but only just my opinion, but unless he said it was on his new album, I would guess it is a new song, but not one that will make the album. I definitely don't think he will sing a lead single or even a second or third one yet. No way he starts off Adam #2 era with a ballad!  Are you kidding????????? It's not the single. No way he'd debut single like this, off handedly. He may not have even chosen his single. But it's not going to be a plaintive ballad. This song also feels like a song in development. Or maybe it's really a funk tune he's just singing acoustically for tonight. Very pretty. A nice thing to share with the fans.
And so grateful we got to hear. Many blessings to recorder.
