There's my answer, he was at the airport when he tweeted earlier today. See I knew it, said it earlier too. It seems that he tweets a lot when he's at the airport, or late at night when he had might have had a few cups of wine

The new song is certainly affecting me very deeply. That is one of the reasons why I think Adam makes music that will not be forgotten or start to sound old, because several of his songs make you feel so much. It's both the lyrics, but also very much the way he interprets the lyrics with his singing that makes that effect in my opinion. Yes, that combination is so powerful! I was listening to this song this morning and it seemed to me like a perfect response song to Adam singing Outlaws of Love. I've associated Adam with the "Nightingale" before in this ballad, but never so much as this weekend, and especially after reading the thoughtful and open discussion today. In my head, I sometimes replace the "once belonged" with "should belong" The lyrics are: Nightingale Sing us a song Of a love that once belonged Nightingale Tell me your tale Was your journey far too long? Does it seem like I'm looking for an answer To a question I can't ask I don't know which way the feather falls Or if i should blow it to the left Nightingale Sing us a song Of a love that once belonged Nightingale Tell me your tale Was your journey far too long? All the voices that are spinnin' around me Trying to tell me what to say So can I fly right behind you And you can take me away All the voices that are spinnin' around me Trying to tell me what to say So can I fly right behind you You can take me away

Lynne said: The only way same sex affection will become less uncomfortable to some is to have expressions of it out there enough that it becomes more commonplace.Adam implied that the Tommy kisses during GNT were because of fan wishes, but I'm sure they have also served the purpose of desensitizing many to actions they were not used to/comfortable seeing before. Kudos to both Adam and Tommy for their bravery! I've had many gay friends over the years, in fact my ex s-i-l was a lesbian way back when it wasn't discussed. My grown daughter asked me a few years ago (when she was 35) why no one ever said Aunt B was gay. I laughed so hard because it had never occurred to us. She had a girlfriend from the time she was a junior in college, about the time my ex and I started dating in hs, and even then, in a small mill town, no one seemed to care, so it just WAS. I asked my daughter if she realized her aunt was gay and she said she never thought about it until she was in hs and by that time it was a non-issue. She had stayed with her aunt and the partner (they just broke up after 39 yrs together, weird,) realized they slept in the same bed, but it was of no more interest than her dad and I sleeping in the same bed. She was much more concerned that her aunt had a swimming pool, a house at the beach, a boat, and a convertible than she was with her sex life. I believe parents make things a big deal or not. I grew up in a blue collar town, in a blue collar family, only knew 2 black girls before I went to college, only knew 2 Jewish families and they owned the clothing stores in our little town, and went away to college without any pre-conceived notions of what people should be. That early experience, or lack thereof, has helped my life be deliciously free of prejudice and filled with a variety of crazy, interesting people.

Another piano rendition in case it hasn't been posted already. This is fantastic! Love both the piano versions, but then again I took piano when young so it has a special place in my heart. Ok after listening to that other piano cover youtube posted I have to say, I REALLY hope the album version is done with piano accompianment. Very sparse instrumentation and a focus on the vocals...it would be chill worthy. Sorry Lyndsey Parker but I srsly hope it's not some bombastic power ballad or whatever else you suggested he could do with it...imo that would ruin the simple poignancy of it. YMMV

adamlambert Adam Lambert This is how one travels in Montreal. Rent a bike!! Economical, Environmental, and mental. say.ly/rrKxWi1 minute ago Of course the mothering in me is saying, "Adam, put a helmet on and watch for cars! It's not like Adam hasn't ridden a bike before!! Of course, last time the bike was covered with flowers and Adam was pretty much nekkid except for some leaves. Should we vote on which is our favorite?
