Seeing what the WBR guy said, I have an interesting theory. I think Adam may be following in the footsteps of OneRepublic and Calvin Harris. I think it's possible that we won't have an album coming any time soon. Instead, he's focusing on recording tracks and putting them out whenever he feels like it's a good time to do so. Adam did say that he wants to focus on streaming, and the WBR spokesperson suggested that we have a few more single releases coming out this year. So I think this new strategy makes sense. Could this be the new direction for the music industry? Single releases instead of album releases. I think Adam and his team may be exploring with this idea. ~~~~~ If you're wondering what I meant by "footsteps of OneRepublic", read this Fb post by Ryan Tedder: I wonder if they are using in-between album song releases to test different directions to go in? How will this or that sound/production sell, etc?

I think that we have to catch up with how music is consumed these days. Personally I don't know anyone who even buys singles from iTunes , let alone an album. They all use Spotify to stream. Why buy when you have access through streaming? Also, no one in my family listens to radio. They stream their music. We might have to let go of our traditional idea of a song promoted to radio that is the lead to an album. How old are you? I'd bet way younger than me. All of my friends, in their 60's, do not ever stream music! I've even volunteered to put mp3 files on their smartphones and no one is interested. They are doing good to play CDs. Lord help us when they buy new cars with no CD players! As for myself, I am very high tech, but I only occasionally play music from Spotify. When audio quality doesn't matter, I buy the CD from Amazon which has an instant auto-rip mp3 download that is included with many physical CDs. Mostly I want higher quality audio than streaming allows and mp3 files provide, so I mostly buy albums, convert to high quality digital files, and downloaded to a large capacity SD card in a smartphone. Or I buy & download high quality audio files directly from an online music store that sells high def music.

Plus my kids and husband stream all their music.

I think this is going to be a streaming focused song. We are not as familiar with that kind of roll out (if there is even a planned roll out) so perhaps we should be watching what playlists the song gets on. Playlists are what I believe keeps GhostTown racking up streams and thus dollars. Two Fux was added to about all! New Music Friday playlists on Spotify. Including the worldwide 2 million playlist one. The combined playlists this morning for me already had close to 2 million followers. It's way over 4 million now I bet with 83 playlists. See here: www.spotontrack.com/track/two-fux/26463469#tab-playlistsI'm expecting quite the update on Spotify tomorrow. Over 100k for sure! That is cool. I bookmarked that page, will it update? I played it through the worldwide NMF playlist first. Here is where the name Two Fux might come in handy - people scrolling through the NMF playlists will take note and perhaps play and then be caught by the song's boppiness ( I just made up that word ) kind of like choosing a bottle of wine because you like the label ( don't hate me momtomany ).

OFF TOPIC BUT NOT! Fuckitbucket has changed their rules and now one cannot post their images to a third party, like here, unless they pay $400 buck a year for an upgraded service. Anybody know of free/low cost alternatives? Wait a minute... whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa??????? WTF WTF??? FOUR HUNDRED BUCKS A YEAR to post pics on a forum??? I'm still fighting with fuckitbucket about locking me out of my account!! If posting pics here on ATOP is a "third party" then what would be a "second party"? GAWWWWWD I REALLY REALLY HATE FUCKITBUCKET. ETA: And they have taken away my avi!!!! arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Yep, you are getting the same message I got when I tried to post an upload from the bastards. The user would be first party, fuckitbucket second party or vice verse and the forum you want to post on is the third party. I'm not a total cheapskate but 400 bucks to post a handful of pictures here and there is just fucking ridiculous.

Good news is that I got good high quality audio recorded at each of the 1st 4 QAL concerts. Bad news is that I am way too busy with a new job to process it this month. Great news is that one of the Queen fans from across the pond has graciously volunteered to process the audio for me!!! So nice for 2 fan groups to be working together!!!!!!!!!
So, he started with Hollywood 1 because it was easier to do for technical reasons having to do with the shorter length of the concert. You may get this audio later tonight!!! Then on to Hollywood 2.

A lot of people use Amazon Music as well as Spotify.

Yeah this site will update. The playlist updates are pretty much real time I think. This site will also give me info about the charts Two Fux is in, but I will report about them for sure! Expecting some charting tomorrow and maybe some virals as well! When you stream you will also do good when you occasionally share the song to social media (for instance twitter). That's how I post my updates. I share the song to twitter and add the info I want to add. The more people share the higher the song gets on the Viral charts!

You can put your avi in your phone or computer photo storage site or even your desktop and upload it from there so you don't lose that at least.
