www.queerty.com/watch-glamberts-back-with-new-single-and-behind-the-music-special-20110804/WATCH: Glambert’s Back With New Single and Behind The Music Special Behold, Adamites, we bring you the new Adam Lambert song “Outlaws of Love.” Yes, it’s a stripped-down live version from a recent show in Quebec, but the track is scheduled to be on his as-yet-unnamed sophomore album. “Outlaws” arrives just in time to pique your interest in Glambert’s upcoming Behind the Music episode, airing on VH1 this Sunday, August 7, at 10pm. Admittedly, it’s weird seeing Behind The Music episodes for artists whose careers are still in their first or second wave. It makes you wonder what they’ll fill the airtime with since there’s been no “…and then, he hit bottom” moment. In Lambert’s case, it appears that the usual rock-n-roll-excess montages have swapped places with some sweet moments with his mom, Leila, who says: (read more)

I'm going to bed in a while. Tomorrow vacay begin! Going to London for 8 days. This is the longest I must have stayed out of the fandom. I don't know how on earth am I going to survive. I will have my laptop but I probably won't have much time. So I won't be flailing with you on Sunday. Thanks to Atoppers and Q3 I will not be worried of missing a single tweet, info, pic everything that is out there in the world about Adam. And after London I will have two more weeks of vacay so all's good. :D Have a wonderful time, Gelly! We'll be waiting when you get back.

Here's the translation: Adam Lambert was ashamed of being different when he was young Did he use the word ashamed?? He did. Referring to when he was 12 and just discovering his identity.

That was an old blog I put up on ALF- I'm pretty sure I posted it here at some point as well. I just love him so much and am sort of in awe that he even exists. If you posted it here in the past I have no clue where to look for it. I think it should be etched in stone somewhere on this site. Not sure where. "Inspired by Adam" thread? Anyone have a suggestion? It is superb and needs to live a long life on this board. Cassie's post is also excellent. How about copying both here for posterity? Gelly - have a SUPER time in London. We will miss you!

Flecking Records, the UK publication that champions Adam, has a new article out called "Why do you love Adam Lambert?" They are asking fans to explain in the comment section and will quote from fans in writing an article. Here's your chance to mention all the good things about Adam. www.fleckingrecords.co.uk/2011/08/why-do-you-love-adam-lambert.htmlCassie, when I got there your comment was at the top of the page; Of course I 'liked' it, as always. Much further down was a long post from Lucy (Lambrits possibly anyone?). Her final couple of sentences really resonate. I thank God for Adam every day and every night and pray for him to be kept safe and happy. I cannot wait for his new music...his first album became the soundtrack of this last two years...the best two years of my life. Pretty much says it all for me too.

Gelly is leaving for 8 days? Did we actually vote on this? Well, I suppose it's ok. As long as it's before the storm hits full force. I guess. I vote that she not go... ;D

Re Buderschnookie's reply at the Flecking site: WOW! WOW! You said it all, and said it so well! They could just use your reply as their article. Let me add another a WOW! I don't have to write one now that you've said it all.
