Maybe Adam is just a "house flipper" at heart..... IDK. That backyard remodel is a very specific aesthetic. Not the kind of thing someone intending to sell would do. I think his decision to move is fairly recent.

How on earth did the Ninjas find this so quickly, I'm wondering? It's hard to imagine that he knew he'd be moving so soon after all the work he's had done at huge expense. Something must have caused this decision. Trouble with the neighbours about his outdoor parties? Wants a yard more suitable for Pharaoh to run around in? I agree that even if he were moving to New York for his career there's no need to sell this one unless it no longer suits his needs. Wonder if any Glamberts will be booking themselves in for a tour?!! My thinking as well...why spend the time energy etc. and then move, like the "minute" it is done... it really seemed he felt comfortable and had settled in and was "set for life"...when will i learn to not assume anything with Adam? lol... ...yes, I'm a bit sad as well...maybe will find out in time... P.S. People with all the outdoor remodeling don't forget all the lighting Adam had installed...it just doesn't seem like he was intending to move anytime soon...this seems quite weird...

I think his decision to move is fairly recent. He's been home for almost half a year which has been the longest since he bought it I think. Could be he found some things he didn't like about the house. Or his neighbors are complaining about the parties? But your guess is as good as mine.

Has Adam really had that many parties that would cause complaints from the neighbors? He is on the road so much. Is it possible that he sees something or an area he would like more for himself and his sidekick and can afford to go for it? Why are people sad? If he can afford more and gets something he likes better then I am happy for him.

I could see a move to a luxury high rise as a sensible alternative to a freestanding house. He is gone so much so maintenence and security would not be such an issue plus less isolated from others when he is home. You never know when Adam will see a post. Seems he corrected this one to Defiant instead of Defined. Not sure the poster understands....but is thrilled he saw her post. https://www.instagram.com/p/BX8E5_VhuCU

I agree, this house is so Adam but maybe your right about the easy access part. It is such a beautiful home! Wonder if he has his eye on another already? My guess is that he saw something he wanted, and this might have been a spur of the moment decision. Maybe something with more privacy, more grass for Pharaoh? If he gets the asking price, or the red fin estimated value, which is higher, he would make about a million on the house. 3 years to a million is not bad! Since the original cost was 3 million.....and now asking 4 million--- one would have to start adding up his expenditures, to get a semblence of what the realistic profit would be ---even if he got the full asking price. He has had expenses with: hardwood floor replacement in the whole house. ...cabinets in the den, lighting and chandeliers in 2 spots, custom made furniture he might sell in the deal, the pool reno, the lighting, the gazebo, concrete work, terracing the earth on the side of the house to put his old furniture on, new dark glass on the front entrance side...and the list goes on, new security system and gates. Then one would have to add in the realtor fee, moving expenses. Etc etc What is driving him to move?? We will find out ...when he buys. .

It amused me to see his framed Rolling Stone cover picture in his bathroom -- and his toothbrush!

It amused me to see his framed Rolling Stone cover picture in his bathroom -- and his toothbrush! Had to go quickly back to my DOWNLOAD FOLDER (!!!!) to enlarge and check it out. Well spotted. Must have taken quite a bit of work to depersonalise his home so completely that only the toothbrush was left standing! And with potential viewings coming up he'll pretty much have to keep it like that for the foreseeable future. That must be a real pain. Specially now during his precious downtime.
