Can somebody help me please? I can't figure out how to embed YT videos here or on another forum I use and I need to post a video over there, but I don't know anybody to ask there so I am asking here  It can be different, depending on the site. For most sites you just need to click on embed on the You Tube site, then copy and paste that to the new site. However, here, you need to copy the URL at the top of your page, then within the box you are replying in, click on the YouTube icon, then paste the URL into that. |

Or even 10% would be a very nice first week! |

Now how all that will be organized for next concert tour, I have no idea. In principle, I think they only used the existing email data bases, because they could not get their own going at the fan club in time. But are they really that much better organized two years later? I sure don't see it. In fact of all places in the world where I have ever had to leave my address and credit card information, this is about the most troubled I have ever been about that stuff not being professionally handled. When AL Fan Club started, they listed special pre-sale opportunities as one of the perks for paying the membership. This caused confusion because Glam Nation was already ongoing then, and Adam Official handled the pre-sales for that. The Fan Club had to specify that they meant pre-sales for later tours, not GN. I have taken this to mean that very probably the future pre-sales will be handled by the Fan Club. I would be totally okay with that, since AO really don't have a good track record of actually caring of anything. (Personally, I'm a member in both, but I don't go there or participate because AO is really confusing, I don't get their structure at all, and in Fan Club I have a Big Brother Is Watching -feeling. In here, though, I would have no problems talking about, dunno, Adam's armpit hairs 8-) ) |

I'm confident that Adam will receive good promotion. IMO, there is no reason to worry- just because this guy didn't mention Adam amoung artists with impressive sales and/or those who are more established. I agree with this. First of all, if the Nov 8 date is at all still valid, then his promotion budget has been set ages ago and the detail planning is well under way, which means whatever carousel is happening at the top is irrelevant. In fact, for a first single roll-out by the end of this month or early September, we should see a few actual storm clouds forming by now, so I am eagerly waiting. Planning for first single should be done, we should be in execution mode now. Oh well....in any case, yes, his Album #2 is totally secure and we have a while to go until we get to planning for round 3. But I have to say, it was not so much the omission of his name that got me, as the focus that seemed actually more traditional that I was expecting in many ways and Adam did not fit quite in what was addressed. On the other hand their statements also were quite murky and trying to reassure some folks, I suppose. I am not sure I was all that convinced, actually, but then I am primarily an Adam fan and therefore terribly biased. |
