Ok.... [grins wickedly] Reihmer, I'm officially confuzzled - are you having trouble sleeping, or are ya teasing me for also being up at this ridiculous hour?  ETA: Or is this just a method for coping for watched pot syndrome? ;D Method of coping for watched pot syndrome. Sometimes I wonder if the time lag is Adam commuting from Planet Fierce to Earth and the shuffle back and forth is what's causing the delay.  |

Gawd, Adam wears a suit so well! Love that SAG Award look, but really love the unbuttoned shirt look of this years Grammy's!!! A combo of the two would work for me!  ;D  :D Until the 2011 Grammys, the Critics Choice look was my absolute favorite, but that Grammy look took my breath away. With Adam, you never know, but I concur with the jewelry and Sauli as accessories to make him look perfect no matter what he chooses. Not to trivialize Sauli, just love the look Adam always has when Sauli's close by. |

Hmmm, I don't think I realized that JD did not have a contract. To be honest, once all the Adam/JD hoopla was concluded, I never gave him a thought. I was talking to a friend the other night about JLo re-upping for another season and we agreed that the panel was essentially useless as judges. She mentioned that Randy was now a big fail, also, but after having watched my Adam AI8 DVD a hundred (or more) times, I already knew that he never did bring much to the table. |

Adam Lambert has signed with Steve Jensen & Martin Kirkup. Pretty cool. So he has two managers spearheading his career from here on out. Susie - Saw that, but don't know what that MEANS for him! HELP!! ??? It's the same as the news last week. He has signed with DMG; they're white hot. This is an official "industry announcement." These are the two founders of the company (I think) and they will be handling his career. I think it's completely awesome. |

Hmmm, I don't think I realized that JD did not have a contract. To be honest, once all the Adam/JD hoopla was concluded, I never gave him a thought. I was talking to a friend the other night about JLo re-upping for another season and we agreed that the panel was essentially useless as judges. She mentioned that Randy was now a big fail, also, but after having watched my Adam AI8 DVD a hundred (or more) times, I already knew that he never did bring much to the table. James Durbin does not have a contract. He has twatted several times and said there is red-tape to get thru. He has been saying things that others on my feed find appauling. He still suffers from foot in mouth disease. So Lane maybe a temp for the idols on the tour. |

These are the people managing him for the tour – I think Red Light must be a subsidiary of XIX to handle day-to-day appearances, interviews, etc. Since James and Haley are identical, this is their "handler" team for the tour. Once the tour is over, they're cut loose. (Except those already signed.) In Season 8, all those who were picked up by RCA/Jive were signed to 19 as well (they'll all technically signed to 19 until August 19 – don't know if that date is same this year). On that day, the Idols who were not picked up by the contracted label are free to seek other deals. Q3 or mys*&@^#r probably knows better if they're allowed to negotiated during this time, but only allowed to sign after 8/19. I only paid attention during AI8. My question is, has there ever been a contestant who was not picked up by RCA (this year is first for UMG), but still kept on with 19? I know Allison was signed by Jive, then dropped, but 19 still held onto her. (I wonder what's going to happen with that now that 19 appears to be getting out of the management game.) Anyway ....      I'm so excited for him. There has been so much progress in the equality issue these past couple of years. For EQCA to choose him is a tremendous honor. This is a big, black-tie, swanky event. One of my local stan friends' daughter works for Facebook in Austin and won a drawing to be there. She got one ticket only. Though she is staying with her mom out here, mom can't go. Mom and another friend of mine are going to try to watch the red carpet since they have to drive the daughter out to Beverly Hills anyway. I'm sure they'll tweet. And Do Something tomorrow!!! |
