Lane had it easy with Adam except for his tardiness, and was always able to smile and relax during Adam's interviews knowing that he would be funny and charming. Even when he did things like calling MJ a LIVING LEGEND in the car turned out to be funny instead of embarrassing. [Lane] seems like a really nice and efficient person and it would be great if Adam got to "keep her," but it seems business is business and nothing is permanent any more.Well, to be pragmatic, Adam is going from a very large management company (19) to a dramatically smaller company. I believe someone here said it was maybe ~ 10 people. I seriously doubt that Adam could "bring over" someone like Lane unless the company concurrently decided they needed another employee. I actually think it's a great idea to completely separate from the 19 stuff. Always felt there was conflict of interest there.

Seems like a good idea to remind people of RTM -- but it is probably too late not to be classified as a new rater ASSUMING the new single is released by 9.30.11. I really can't imagine any scenario where Adam's single is released after 9.30.11. Avid fans can help push a song but there are a lot of raters on RTM and non-fans need to like the song too. So, my advice is sign up for RTM -- and listen to the station you rate. I listen to a CHR station and rate that station. I do not listen to an HAC or AC station (music-free life would be preferable) but if "my" station doesn't play Adam's new song -- I will not depend on RTM -- I will be on that telephone -- talking to "my" PD and asking him if he has lost his F'ing mind. Of course, in a polite, intelligent, and logical manner.

Contracts here, there and everywhere! Who contracted groundcontrol for Adam's Fan Club? Is it possible this would change because of his new management? I understand that AO is RCA and there is little hope of much change there, but are there other companies who run fan clubs that do a better job? That contract would have been done by 19 Entertainment and is part of the merchandising deal -- so will not change. groundcontrol is not my fav. but they are better than most of the companies who run online fan clubs. I cannot figure out why ALF is so unwelcoming. I tired to participate when it first started -- but hardly ever go there now.

Isn't Iane Pirie used to be the President of 19E? And also Adam's manager? I guess he's handling the artists from 19M, Pia, Haley & Durbin. I agree with you .... poor Lane . Unless Adam has enough money to hire her as his PA

Since we are gearing up for radio, I have satellite XM radio. With the new channel line up a couple of months ago channel 11 is now KIIS LA and channel 12 is Z100. I added both of those stations to my RTM profile.

I seem to remember some tweets a couple of weeks ago asking why Adam had 'fired' Lane.....were rather trollish but it all dropped quickly from what I saw...what was that about?

@adamlambertfans Adam Lambert Fans oh also… all renewals will get the year 2 packages moving forwardwtf does this mean? ??? I read that as: "From this point on, anyone who renews gets the Year #2 package goodies" What that actually means is, of course, could be completely different!! ;D Personally, I'll probably renew in the next couple weeks or so now that this announcement has come out.

citygirl36 Nadine Durbs auditioned season 8 as well? Lol :RT @baking4fun Lane t.co/tPX5CtD5 minutes ago Favorite Retweet Reply Oooh (not a good ooooh) With a dream to make it big, James previously auditioned for American Idol in Season 8, but was not advanced. Returning for the season 10 auditions, Durbin advanced through Hollywood week and into the top 4. Tagged with the line, 'Give Metal a Chance', Durbin shined with his performances of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" as well as "Heavy Metal" and later on the finale alongside British heavy metal band Judas Priest. Continuing to be an inspiration to his fans, his fianc Heidi and son Hunter keep him inspired and he keeps them close to his heart while out traveling with the American Idols Live Tour. Currently exploring options for a record label with WIND UP Records, this is indeed not the last we will see of Durbin...especially if his fans have anything to do with it.
