I've been watching old videos of Adam from way back up to his singing with Queen. I am still overwhelmed with love for this man for so many reasons. Things he said about himself, the way he feels about all people, everyone is okay with him because we are all different and he seems to love us all. Everyone who meets him seems to fall in love with him. He must give off something from his heart that affects everyone. They always end up loving him and he loving them. I wouldn't have a life if he wasn't in this world. I know you all feel the same. Adam exudes something that captures people and holds them there. People want to involve themselves in his life and just be around him. I guess because it feels so good to be in the same room or arena with him. I remember his brother saying he came from another planet. Why not? Stranger things have happened. As Brian May said he is a gift from God. Maybe that is what he is for all of us. Our gift for this time on earth. I am gushing again. I am feeling overwhelmed. You all will have to forgive me again.

I'll gush with you, Irish. He is literally my moment of sanity right now. He de-stresses me when I get lost in his videos....just to see him smile, or hear him talking.
So excited for QAL to start up again...all that excited to come home to videos...yay !!!!

So I set up my mixlr to audio-steam my two concerts, I called my dad's secretary to make sure he wouldn't forget the concert, and she blocked the time of the concert sufficiently in his calendar, Adam is in London... Shit is getting REAL!!!

So excited for everybody that gets to go....I'll be sitting in my living room, benefiting from the generosity of all the Adam angels that share with those of use who can't go.

Every day I come home from work and run to this wonderful place. It is like a sanctuary from the stress of our daily lives and my personal and family health issues. And the feelings of joy and excitement all revolve around Adam - whether it be re-watching and listening to (for a thousand times) the videos from Brigadoon through AI and QAL to What's Up and Livin' on a Prayer, reliving his TV appearances or listening to his interviews. His voice and persona are so calming, yet so happy and uplifting. And the people here are equally as welcoming as Adam. I feel so fortunate to have found Adam and Adamtopia. Thank you all.
And now, waiting with bated breath for the next leg of QAL. ENJOY, everyone who is going - it is an experience you will cherish forever! and thanks to everyone who will be sharing this with the rest of the world sitting at home with eyes and ears glued to their computers and phones.

 All of you have expressed it so well----irish, svca, krazykay, marionm, loxie---Adam is our place of JOY, our refuge from our cares and daily tribulations. What a burden we have left at his feet---but he never lets us down!!! His smile, words of love and inclusion, sense of humour, his gifts that he shares with the world,he gives freely and we are the richer for it. Thank you all for being here and sharing in the love and beauty of this man. Those going to the concerts, have the most wonderful time. Enjoy every moment of the spectacle that awaits you---I will be feeling the thrill of it all, once again, across the sea! So excited for all of you. And Betty, thank you again for your kind heart. Have a wonderful time and know we are all so happy for you and your DH. |

Oh. I was so sure that they're going to stay in Amsterdam for their days off. How about a few days off in Finland?!   How close is Lithuania to Helsinki? It's only an hour flight from Kaunas to Helsinki, apparently. So Welcome to Helsinki, Adam! 😉 Altough the Hel gig is only a couple of days away, so I really doubt that they'd fly here. They could spend a couple of nights here around the Helsinki show. Let's hope for that. I'd really love to have the all wonder around Helsinki. And also, I hope that Adam gets a pleasant visitor during his three days off after Amsterdam. Maybe too much to ask, but it's good to be wishful. 😆 |
