I am starting to freak myself out - this is now well over two years, and no signs of letting up. Family has been out of the house for the most part all weekend and I have not really moved from this chair. The videos have just been amazing and his speech? No words. I know honey. We've all got it bad for this man. When it's quiet, and he's not up to too much public appearances, I am a good girl!! But when there's new photos and vids and music and stuff happening, I am like a junkie at my worst habit. |

They just replaced my AC adapter and it was covered under warranty but would have cost $60. Do they charge $10 more in CA!! And yes...the magnetic thingy is wonderful!  My son has a macbook pro that he has totally abuses. He does film editing and records his own music on it - it is 4 years old and he is on it constantly. The fan went on it one month after the warranty expired and they replaced it free of charge. My daughter abused the power cord while away at university and they shipped one overnight to her - she was in the middle of mid term papers so it was a huge relief - she is in an area that does not have an Apple store. So totally off topic. I have watched that video of Adam and Kathy about a bajillion times - with a goofy ass smile on my face I am going to bake something just so when the fam comes home they do not know the extent of my nothingness this weekend. Oh, and I don't cook/bake so this should be rich  Just do the laundry and clean the kitchen.. that always makes me look like I haven't been sitting in front of my computer, scrolling for videos and pictures of gorgeousness |

I have berted and flailed myself into a stupor. The duet with Kathy Griffen was brilliant ("the bitch can sing...tm Sam Sparro) and his whole award presentation was wonderful and heartfelt. Most people can't be that eloquent with it all written out in front of him. So I'm inspired to change my avi to mark the occasion. Can I have this one? I haven't noticed anyone else withit. I like your new avi. They are shining beacons of love together. I will now look forward to your posts even more than I already do. |

My boss had one of those books that his daughter created of one of their vacations at his house. It was a couple of years ago and it looked fantastic! I would highly recommend. Speaking of customer service, we were talking about that on Twitter last night. My AC adapter had frayed after years of carelessly tossing it into my briefcase every day to the point where I had to wiggle it around to get a connection. I thought they'd be about $120 at the Apple Store. Finally, when it wouldn't work anymore, I went there and the Apple reps were totally apologetic. "I don't think this can be covered under warranty ..." Then they started trying to figure out ways for it to be covered. I was kind of perplexed, because it didn't even occur to me that it would be; after all, it was my wear and tear that caused the problem in the first place. I said, "That's okay, I really figured I'd be paying for it anyway." They looked at each other like, "Huh?" Oh! Okay! Turned out it was only $70 and btw, the magnetic cord attachment is sheer brilliance. As someone who had to send her PC laptop back to Dallas twice to fix a loose AC attachment panel – a cord that pops right out and in is awesome. And kids, dogs, adults, etc. can trip over the cord and the laptop never crashes to the floor – the plug just pops out. Well then, they charge $20 more in NY cause it goes for $80 here! I love my mac and honestly couldn't go back to a PC. I had no problems at all with my switch over about 3 years ago. Three perks I love: 1) No viruses so no anti virus software to buy and install. 2) If there's a problem with any of your Apple devices, just set up an appointment at the genius bar at any apple store for help. No figuring out where to take it. 3) The ease of syncing my Ipad 2 and Iphone through itunes. Spring I did look into making a hard cover family album through iphoto but decided not to spend the money at the time. If my memory is correct it was a little pricey. It's all relative though, I may reconsider if I ever find the time to design something really special. I have heard really good things about the quality. |

Gelly do you remember what particular vid this was from?  I have never ever seen this picture and I don't know anything about a vid also! ??? A microphone like this was used in the American Idols Tour book but in those photos Adam is wearing a black fingerless glove. The hand and ring look like a pose from the album shoot. Can this be photoshop? |
