We're going to have to start assigning access times because no one seems to have gotten through so that means everyone must have hit the site at the same time. Seems we coordinate a little too well. LOL

So we are crashing the Pennyroyal server and have no idea what we are buying. a good number of the people trying to access the site are just curious bout the design. Pennyroyal turned it into such a deep dark secret with a 'have to wait till' very specific time that the whole glambert nation went to see it at the same time!! Their own really stupid fail.....if they put out the actual design earlier, then the only peeps trying to access the site would be buyers. Now buyers are being put off because of it..... I am sure they won't lose any sales but they should for the sheer ineptness of it all!! Good grief...no wonder good service anywhere is so hard to find...there is no punishment for poor service. grrrr I was woken this morning at 5:15 by one of those 'unknown name unknown number' calls....at that time of the am and when you have a sister fighting lung cancer, you have a mini heart-attack yourself when that happens. This is the second of these in a week....grrrrr... makes me a very grouchy person... ??? :-/  |
