A lot of people (especially Queen fans) didn't know TF in the USA and they stil played it there. I don't know, it doesn't feel fair to me. I think one Adam's song on the set list is not so much and it should have stayed there. JMHO. Nobody knew TF - it was a brand new song. But Brian took a shine to it, it worked pretty well in the set list, so they decided to introduce it that way. WWFM is completely different, and in some countries it's was going to ring a bell even with Queen fans, because they may have heard it on the radio. But not in the UK, so there was no point playing it. It isn't like they want to promote it. It's not about promotion of that particular song, but also showing the audience Adam is more than just front man for Queen. He does have his solo stuff as well. Adding one song of his to the set list does tell that to the audience. Now it's just like confirming to all those crazy ass Queen fanatics that Adam's solo career is nothing and isn't worth mentioning during the concert. Because that's one of the arguments why those nah sayers think he's unfit. He doesn't have the experience or own material to be worthy. Or so they say. And yes in the UK his solo stuff hasn't made that big of an impact. WWFM was #53 and GT was #71 in the charts in the UK. The songs weren't played much on radio. TOH album made it to #8 though and Never Close Our Eyes made it to #17. He does have a lot of fans in the UK who would have loved to have heard one of his songs during the concert.
