I just wanted to say that all the beautiful pictures that were posted today are some of the reasons why I love this man. My husband and I went to the Chicago concert last night and I couldn't believe how there was hardly anyone standing and dancing to the music. Now I know that they are no "ADAM" but they did rock the house. My husband knows and supports my love for Adam and his music so when he asked me how this compared to his concerts, I simply said that there was no comparision. I told him how there was not one person "old or young" sitting during any of his songs, that everyone knew his music and were singing and dancing along with him. I am hoping that he will come with me to his next concert when tour 2 comes around. I know this is a little off the subjects of today but I thought I would share my experience of another musical concert. This just proves to me once again that Adam is at the top of his game and hopefully more and more people will come to see this. Thanks again for the pretty.

Love hearing your story, cupofadam. And YES!! You must drag hubby with you to next Adam concert. When I try to tell people, "No one EVER sits during an Adam concert," (like duh!) I don't think they REALLY get it. If they are paying attention during the GNL DVD, they get a sense of it, I'm sure. I've seen Adam live many, many times and seriously, it is VERY difficult to sit down for any of his set. Sooooo exciting that all of this will be happening again soon (TV/radio promo, etc., I mean). SQUEEEEEE!!!!

Thank you Rheimer for all the pictures you have shared this week end. They were wonderful. Many of the pictures I had not seen before. My right click save was more active this weekend.
The discussion today has been great. I am glad that Adam chose to take the path of being who he is. It has allowed many to get to know(hmmm, well at least what one see in interviews) a gay person.
Because the "gay" life has been shrouded in secrecy, it has created a wall. I have known many gay people in my life, but because of the wall, my interaction with them has been restricted. The wall they created was necessay to co-habitat in a straight world, but it also restricted interaction because as a straight person, I was never comfortable or clear as to when it was acceptable to ignore the wall. How does one navigate between privacy? How is it that I let that person know that I don't care about their sexuality, but I do care about being their friend.
IMO, the best thing that Adam has done is to just be himself. He has been so open that he has allowed me to be just as open and the wall never existed. I hope this comes out right. If it doesn't, don't H8, educate.
