FERRAS @ferras #ComingBackAround THE VIDEO! Thank you for premiering it, @papermagazine! www.papermag.com/ferras-coming-back-around-video-2528853811.html … 🎬: @awkwardaya 📸: @ronyalwin Ferras is "Coming Back Around." The singer-songwriter, who's responsible for co-penning a ton of major pop hits, from Katy Perry's Witness single "Bon Appétit" to Adam Lambert's "Two Fux," is back with new solo material that revisits his piano roots. Well done Ferras....I really enjoyed the listen. Sonically very smooth. His look was also was a really good blend for the tone of the song. And in keeping with the conversation of yesterday, he throws in a little falsetto. I hope Katy's label works hard for Ferras on this song. It is grand to see a "step out moment" for an artist. This could be his moment. One wonders if he might get a chance for a guest slot on Idol with Katy's presence.

So.... I can't be the only one who has been thinking about Idol and Adam being involved in some capacity perhaps ... I know, it is a sensitive subject, may be even more anxiety inducing than JCS, but as Q&A won't be touring immediately after Australia and NZ, I do have confident thoughts about both. I'm one of those who simply cannot watch Idol unless Adam happens to be on. It just makes me feel very uncomfortable. I'm glad it's a short season. That being said, I do hope Adam makes an appearance in some capacity. Guest performer, mentor, guest judge, etc. In that case, I will definitely be watching! I feel similarly... About my Idol/JCS related opinion that "I do have confident thoughts about both"... Ironically, I posted it last night before the NBC early morning interview

But with the new Executive Producer (who is taking the role of Ivoine and Buchetta) being the manager of Demi and Nick Jonas, I think it will give them a leg up on any prime slots first.

Hmmmm, interesting. Sara just extended her Waitress run until March 11th. John made it sound like no rehearsals anytime soon. So, it seems like that week before the show might be it! Which, OFC, works perfectly with Adam's schedule.

Agree. If Adam has a single to promote, I hope he gets a guest performance and even a mentor role for a day. He is one of the Idol success stories so I don't think that is too much to hope for, lol. Beside a lot of stars get to perform and mentor on idol so it will be just another chance to be seen on national tv and he would like that.
