And Adam had 3 really great videos last year. Britney's is a combination of FYE and TFM. Like Lyndsey said, it is blatant! next year guys.  I'm quite enjoying the performances tonight....really entertaining.  edit/ who the heck is the girl singing out to commercials - am I supposed to know who that is? OH and Chris Brown will be up soon - I WON'T ENJOY THAT!!! (don't care if he dances his ass off - he is a douche) Heard that that is Jessie J, one of the girl that Adam keeps pimping. |

This isn't my favorite Adele song, but the girl can SANG. What a relief after all the drek.
Although I did think the Ne Yo/Pitbull thing was catchy.

I thought the Gaga intro was flat-out terrific. Really interesting. I'd have to rewatch to see exactly what he's saying, but to me it sounded like a direct response to people (like me ;D) who complain that she's always Gaga and never Stefanie, that she takes the act too seriously, and that you don't know who or where the real woman is. The bit where she supposedly told Joe, "I'm theater and you're just the dress rehearsal," (or something like that, I'm going off memory)--wow, ballsy commitment to her schtick. Acknowledging the criticism and its accuracy, mocking herself for it, and then doubling down. I thought it was impressively self-aware, and kinda fascinating. Now, totally diff topic, um, my cheeky damn dog just snuck up to the kitchen counter and stole a block of cheddar (maybe 3x2x1 inches?!) and swallowed it before we noticed. She's about 27 lbs... Do I need to panic? (Sorry for the off topic question--don't need a million answers, maybe just a consolling pat on the back and "she'll be fine".*crosses fingers*)...  |

Sounds pretty small, to me, MWP. I would think it is digestable. There might be a pet clinic you can call or check on-line. That's where we checked when our Lab puppy swallowed a whole sock.
