OMG - I was that MAID!!! (sort of and I wish)..... Years ago when we lived in Princeton, NJ, we decided to drive down to Disneyworld for the holidays. My boss told me to make sure and stop at the Thunderbird Inn in SC as they had the best southern style food. Well, that was quite a drive so by the time we reached SC it was around 8 pm, had dinner at the Inn and decided to check in. We got our hotel keys while DH went out to gas up for the drive to FL the next morning. My 7-year old son and I went to our room and as I was opening it, my son told me, "Mommy, someone is in the room and she is in pain because she is moaning". I was tired and told him he was imagining things so I proceeded. OMG, a couple was making love and the woman was obviously not in pain!!! The guy gets up, stark naked, realized it and went back to the bed and hid under the covers. The woman got up, grabbed her robe and went to the door and in her sweet southern drawl asked what we were doing in their room. I told her the desk clerk gave us the keys to this room and showed her. She smiled and said, "honey, that is obviously a mistake because this is our room and we are on our honeymoon". I apologized and scooted out of there quickly. Son was worried and I told him, she was OK because the doctor was there treating her....  Love your story. The same thing happened to me except we were the honeymoon couple.  |

Pop music may unfortunately be what program directors put on the play list - decisions based not on quality but deals - networking - $ - laziness - misinformation - and underestimating audience.
I dont mind any collabs that Adam may have on his album because I trust his decision making. If country music can "cross-over" to pop (Taylor Swift & Carrie Underwood for example) why not pop cross over to country. Adam doesn't like boxes. Airplay may lead to opening ears and "hearts" and promoting overall acceptance of the person behind the voice.

Hi ya'll! Isn't the VMA's tonite? I think I read either yesterday or day before's thread someone posted that he might walk the red carpet/attending the show. Anyone know? I am having it DVR just in case.

We seem to be in the eye of Irene right now so everything is quiet. Our property looks like we are in the middle of a swamp/ river but we have electricity and the basement is dry.
I read the bennyblanco tweet and could both him and Adam be joking about the DSK (Dominique Strauss-Kahn) scandal?
