I'm withholding judgement until I see the full rollout from New management. I don't think Adam is micromanaging right now with new music and Queen, so some assistant cut and paste an old description to meet a deadline. In the grand scheme, it could mean not much--careless but not catastrophic.
I want to thank Tinafea for her great, consistent service to the site, so that Q3, the fearless leader, can have a couple of days "off." She and our outstanding pastry chef Betty, do such a good job that it is easy to take them for granted. So a BIG HURRAH for their special contributions.
That is all.

Count me in with the "change is good" crowd. The bio is full of older material, but the important thing is what happens from here on out. Let's wait and see. I can't complain about the picture they used.

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but it's a video review/reaction of QAL in Kansas last year and posted a few days ago. Very nice commentary, with some clips of the show. Towards the end, he echoes my sentiments in wanting a live album and/or a studio album by QAL. I know they're reluctant to do so, and I appreciate why, but it seems like such a waste not to release something.

I'm in agreement that change is good. The management blub may not be the best but these things are often lacking. Maybe someone connected to Adam will tip them off. Or it may change when they kick into promotion mode. But I think Adam can benefit from some fresh eyes. His career has been really good but he does need more US exposure along with international. Other than getting Idol (which is big) I don't even think Katy has had much exposure with her last album. She has done so much better than Kelly C. in the US and internationally. But Kelly has been everywhere. Katy has been called a flop but the same as not been said about Kelly. Perception. The change should be good for Adam so can't wait to see what happens next.
ETA: Maybe they have more listed for the others because they were part of what got them there. They had nothing to do with Adam's accomplishments so maybe the will want to look like the king makers for him. Hope that is it, lol.

I'm glad Adam has aligned himself with a company that has some currently successful artists. Since I have no expertise in the artist management field, I'm not going to expend my mental energy worrying about something I have no control over. Yes, I hope that he'll have a monster hit with his new music, but he's doing pretty darned well for himself!

It should have been up-to-date. It should have included more of Adam's accomplishments. But I agree that it was probably time for a change. Adam is in some good company here with some big names. I realize that his label and his management are two different entities, but each one has a job to do: Get Adam's music and his name out there, get him involved in a variety of things that keep him in the public eye. I hope the new mgt. group gives him the attention and promotion that he deserves FOR HIS SOLO WORK. TOH did well and produced a strong song for Adam (GT). But each era is a clean slate. Hope A4 has some gems that the label promotes well and that his management will capitalize on, too. When I see singers doing all kinds of side-projects, ads, etc., I want Adam to get the same chances.

Exactly! I was very happy about the management change until I read the blurb on the site - it shows both complete lack of attention to the artist and any intention to promote him. Just to compare I read the other artists's blurbs - all poorly written btw, but based on the content only (and I know close to nothing about any of them) it feels this management company is the Lovato/Jones company with a sprinkling of Azzelia. I can't think of any reason why Adam would agree to this atrocity! and it's hard to believe they know nothing about Adam's accomplishments. Puzzling, disappointing and frankly not a good start "cosmetically" imo. We'll see if their actions will speak louder than words. Hoping... Nobody put a gun to Adam's head to sign with them. I plan to be positive that "Change Is Going To Come". I am with Patti on this one. Sure seems like the tone here is usually on the negative side. JMHO I know that's why you rarely post, Tinafea, I believe I remember you saying as much a year or two ago. I also know that the forum rules encourage us to strive to be glittery and golden so here's something glittery and golden - selected with our beloved in mind!
