The artwork for the album/single cover have not been released yet. I wonder if the hold up is because Adam & His new management don't want to revealed the new art yet and the September 1st fanclub renewal membership date just happens to be bad timing.

Rather than feel you need an Adam detox day, realize you've had an Adam make the world better day. Your kindness to the boy and his mom, and the consciousness raising (I'm ERA era, too!) with the walker are things that may be related to your fandom. Sooo... it's all good! And besides, we love your stories!!!

I think most people are just renewing at the $10 level so their membership won't lapse. Apparently we will be able to upgrade to the package later if desired. |

To me, it is not Adele that is the anomaly at all....it is Adam. Adam will either start a trend of better and more men in pop...or he will drift back to musical theatre in a few years [up to 5 at most I would think]. Either way, he will be fine and do well....but it is a crap shoot which way pop will go for the men. I suspect most of the good singers are simply not willing to do what they have to do to make it in pop....and to fight the powers that be...when they can have it all except mass-market name recognition...in another genre. , when I mentioned to my DH what you said about Adam possibly having to go back to musical theatre in future because of the situation for male pop singers, his response was that Adam is so freakishly talented that he will probably be able to break through the barriers and make it in the pop world. I hope DH is right because I think that's what Adam wants and it's what I want too! |
