And my math is not good....400g equal how many pounds of beef mince? Recipe sounds interesting and I'd like to try it. Thanks! |

Yes, beef mince is the same as minced meat or hamburger. 400 grams is approximately 1 pound (0.88 pounds to be exact! :D). And note that the temperature is also in Celsius; in Fahrenheit it's 356 degrees. Enjoy!  |

Now we know why Sauli was in LapLand - I've seen some very fuzzy scans of the pages (x 4 pages) but I didn't bring them over asI'm sure we'll see them very soon in HQ . They look fabulous .. YAY Sauli !!
