This article is kind of long and doesn't mention Adam ... BUT ... I wondered if it might have had something to do with Adam's comment about a group TV thing. Pilot's are being chosen for TV series next week and the article makes the process sound stressful. Perhaps Adam is in one of the pilots but didn't want to be specific in case it doesn't get picked up. If we never hear anything else about the TV opportunity, this could be what happened. I am excited as well, but my point was also that if it is a cast role then it is entirely possible that like many TV series pilots, it will never air. Fingers crossed that it is an actual, gonna happen, type of opportunity. |

Has anything been said if the Vegas shows are going to be different than the previous shows? I don't think anybody has said anything specific....they may not know it all now themselves. Other than Adam mentioning that Frank might not be there. This is a new year and technically no longer a 40 yr anniversary. The stage layout is a modified guitar....looks like the prongs are closer together and the thrust is shorter....kinda like the HollywoodBowl shows. Seems very similar in layout to that one to me. I would imagine the setlist will be essentially the same. I was looking at the Park Theater venue itself online and reading some reviews. The stage is 140 feet wide...but I'm unsure about the height for the QAL stage equipt. Seems folks loved the sound/acoustics... many complained about the only entrance was thru the hotel casino, said parking is awful especially when T Mobile is in use and the seats were small, leg room tight and cup holders are under your elbows. LOL. One person was mad that he had a premium floor seat and when he got there the seat he thought was towards the center wound up wide to the side. So looks like there might be some changes there...if they add more seats on the floor last minute because it's selling out. Currently there are 358 floor seats...yes I counted. lol We've still got the EU/UK shows to do first....will be interesting to see if many changes there. |

Has anything been said if the Vegas shows are going to be different than the previous shows? Yes, Adam said it will be different -- and something about it being for Vegas. But Brian, Roger and Adam always say it is going to be different but really little changes. We will certainly get the big hits that people expect from Queen. I am sure that we will at least get some new costumes from Adam and new staging. |
