twitter.com/Ent_Focus/status/999995009503031296Entertainment Focus @ent_Focus Adam Lambert’s fourth studio album: everything we know so far bit.ly/2GNqYED via @entfocusmusic It’s been three long years since Adam Lambert released his third studio album The Original High. Since then he’s been teasing us with the release of Welcome to the Show featuring Laleh in 2016 and Two Fux in 2017. He’s also been pretty busy touring all over the world with Queen. Recently he’s been talking a lot about forthcoming new music so his long-awaited fourth album should be on its way. We’ve rounded up all of the information we can find to bring you all the latest details about Adam’s forthcoming album… When will Adam Lambert’s fourth studio album be released? There is no confirmed date yet but in April Lambert spoke to Wonderland and shared his plan to release new music in 2018. In the interview he said, “I think the fans have been waiting long enough, and so have I!” What will Adam Lambert’s fourth studio album sound like? During his Wonderland interview, Lambert revealed that he was trying to be ‘authentic and real’ producing ‘something that felt natural’. He talked about wanting to ‘stay in (his) own truth’ and not getting lost by chasing the sound of the moment. Recently Lambert did a cover shoot for Attitude Magazine and he revealed a few more details about the record. As well as saying he’s been inspired by his long-running partnership with Queen, Lambert explained that he didn’t ‘think this album is genre-specific’ going on to say, “I think there are a lot of different influences on it. There’s rock, there’s FUNK, there’s soul, there’s disco, Seventies singer-songwriter pop and some Eighties flavours, too. That being said, there are a lot of modern influences as well, so it’s sort of a fusion.” How far into the recording process is Adam Lambert with his fourth studio album? During a Q&A on Twitter back in February, Lambert told fans he’d recorded around 35 tracks so far and said the album was sounding ‘yummy’. Lambert has also been sharing funny clips from the studio on Instagram showing him having fun while recording. Will there be any collaborations on Adam Lambert’s fourth studio album? There’s nothing confirmed yet but Lambert did express a desire to record a duet with Demi Lovato. Fans will remember that the two starred in Glee together a few years back.

twitter.com/gaystarnews/status/999992409424572417GSN @gaystarnews Adam Lambert and @troyesivan are being dragged for going to this gay brunch www.gaystarnews.com/article/adam-lambert-and-troye-sivan-are-being-dragged-for-going-to-this-gay-brunch … Fans are wondering whether these musicians are 'tone-deaf' for going to a brunch with little to no diversity Adam Lambert and Troye Sivan are two celebs that are being dragged online for going to this gay brunch event. The two gay singers attended the first Out To Brunch luncheon that claimed to represent the industry’s LGBTI community. However, many have questioned why every person at the brunch was white and mostly cis and male. Was this gay music brunch ‘tone-deaf’? Sivan said at the event, according to Variety: ‘Queer people have been writing your favorite songs forever; the talent has always been there. ‘To be able to recognize it publicly and find community in it is so amazing. ‘And to see it celebrated in this room and for everyone to come together and get to mingle and hang out and strategize and organize writing sessions? It’s so fun. ‘Nothing brings me greater joy than seeing my queer friends succeed.’ Justin Tranter, former front man of Semi Precious Band, said ‘there’s room for all LGBTQ people to succeed, not just one’. Lambert likened the experience of coming out to ‘being thrown into a pot of boiling water’. Criticism on social media But while no one has criticized the goal of the brunch, some questioned why there wasn’t more racial and gender diversity. Tranter acknowledged the lack of diversity in the rom. He said he had invited Shea Diamond, a trans artist of color, but said she had to fly to New York for a last-minute event.
